liubei013 0
@Asahi: No, unfortunately. When I first picked up MW4, my old comp could barely support it, so getting expansions would further burden the system. (got a nearly 2 year old laptop now that can easily support it...maybe some game stores have some copies of the expansions...) Yeah...Uziel../slur But then again, I tend to prefer bigger mechs. Darkness 0
Not much of a gamer usually, but when I get bored: Tenchu: Return From Darkness (Xbox) World of Warcraft Usually I give up on a game after the first couple of levels, but Tenchu's lasted a bit longer. Up to the 6th mission, and I haven't given up yet, which for me is a pretty amazing achievement. Guess I'm just better at sneaking around then actually fighting. DragonDaimyo 3
Asahi: XCOM is definitely one of the great classics. More than a decade later and they still haven't made anything like it that's near as good. If you want to get a copy, I know Amazon.com has a few used & new ones (you'll probably want the used. The new ones cost an arm a leg. >_>) , so you might check there (if Amazon doesn't work, let me know and I can hunt around some if you want). If and when you do get the game, do let me know how your first Night-time Snakeman terror site goes. Hehehe. Oh and Mech4? Uziel, Black Knight, and Fafnir = <3. Nothing quite like throwing a pair of Heavy Gauss rifles around.
konigstiger 0
Also heading back to my roots...I'm playing WORMS again...Those sadistically small worms. Also paying SWAT4...if anyone wants to know more about close-quarters combat, I would recommend this game. You would learn a lot from it and to practice how to make quick decisions while in combat. DragonDaimyo 3
I've been hearing some pretty good things about Lord of the Rings Online, so I got myself a buddy key and client download. I'll be trying it over the next few days, though given my lackluster experience with past MMOs, I find it hard to be optimistic.

Kaizer 0
Asides from FFXI online, I don't have much time for many games, what with commuting back and forth to classes.... GBA to the rescue! Super Robot Wars Original Generations 2, best way to sit through an hour long bus ride, ever (at least until I can get a DS and some way of obatining SRW W, or Pokemon Diamond so I can use the new Eevee evolutions *huggles a conveniently placed Eevee plushie*)

DragonDaimyo 3
Asahi: I know what you mean, but sometimes those little soldier dudes can pull off some crazy stuff. I had a couple guys at a Snakeman terror site when, on the Alien turn, a Chrysalid came around the corner. He started marching for my guys and I started cursing my luck. Then, when it's a couple squares away from my guys, one trooper halfway across the map turns and fires a quick reaction shot with his laser rifle. Dropped the bugger right where he stood. Absolute miracle. My personal advice, use laser rifles and high explosive early on. Also, have a couple guys with Stun Rods (or Small Launchers when you get them). Getting a Sectoid Leader and an Alien Navigator as quickly as possible is crucial. Going back to mess with Civ 4. I need to work on my Specialist Economy. Plus I'm awaiting the Beyond the Sword expansion, which should be pure awesomeness. Also playing Phoenix Wright and Advance Wars DS, with a little Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam to fill in those "10 minutes of Free Time" incidents. Anyone who's played it, is it worth the time and money to go snag a copy of Super Robot Wars W, or should I just start playing OG2?
darkphoenix 0
Hmmm, get them both)) W has much better graphics)) But OG2 too very good (I'm fan, you're right)))
liubei013 0
Finally got around and bought 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI' for the PS2. (I've never played any previous games of the series) It's pretty good so far, though admittedly I've yet to finish the tutorial.
Picup 0
-scratches head- Just playing Super Smash Bros. Melee on my Gamecube at the moment. Nothing else really to play. I mean, I want to play a new MMO - but I can't seem to get interested in any D: (Recommendations?) I'll eventually start playing FFXII again. ... Even though I quit near the beginning because I got bored ;
