Please do read the guide and feel free to raise any questions that you might have in the Help Section. With the launch of the Academy, Mobile Weapons will become street-legal, so to speak, for characters who have obtained the necessary license. Please note that the Academy is still in its infant stages, so much testing would be needed before we can settle on a good system. I urge all members to take an active role in testing the system out.
