He's a bit of a comedian who always has a wisecracking joke to say. A good friend he is always there to help. He puts his life on the line for the people he cares for. Kielty (brother/student) Wife/Girlfriend: Unknown (private about love life) Personal History: Born September C.E 65 Michael was born on PLANT but his family moved to ORB when he was one. growing up in ORB Michael lived a happy and carefree life, originally he was a boy with long blonde hair. Michael was six going on seven when the First Bloody Valentine occured, before then he had already shown amazing skills with computers also being athletic and fast on his feet. When the E.A fought against ORB Michael's family evacuated at once but were caught in the middle of the battle. Michael's father was M1 pilot whose unit was damaged during the battle so he escaped with them to protect his family. For a hour Michael was lost but sat on a hillside and watched as the battle unfolded. It was here he saw the Freedom Gundam and at once was transfixed by its amazing skill as it dominated the battlefield. He was taken safely to the ships afterwards but by then Michael's fascination with Mobile Suits had arisen. His mother disagreed with this interest and so did his father who resigned from the military. With ORB destroyed Michael spent the remaining months of the war in a town located in the desert. It was here he heard stories and remains from Mobile Suits that took part in a battle between ZAFT, the E.A ship Archangel and the Strike Gundam who were aided by the Desert Dawn resistence. Michael saw also a few left over mobile suits. One day he climbed into a Ginn Built for Desert Combat and found himself moving it with great ease, however he tripped over some large rocks and the the suit was damaged. But he escaped before people from the town came to see what the commotion was so it was never revealed he was the pilot. When the battle of Jachin Due and the appearance of GENESIS Michael watched the lights of the explosions of the battle when it was night time. Pretending to aim at GENESIS he did a gunshot noise and impression with his finger. At that same moment Justice Gundam exploded and Michael for the next two years believed he destroyed GENESIS. When the war was over Michael's family returned to ORB and volenteered in the re-construction plan. During that time Michael was taught many things that shaped him into the man he is today. His uncle, a Mobile Suit technician from PLANT came to ORB to help with the plan. When they were'nt busy his uncle wold teach jokes and funny things to say. One week the two left ORB so Michael could visit PLANT. During that time his uncle took Michael to a hair stylist and told Michael he could have any style he wanted. Thus Michael asked for his signature spiked up red hair with a ponytail at the back. His parents were horrified at first however decided it was his choice. His uncle then gave Michael his favourite shades to finish the look. The shades were too big for his eyes so they were placed on top of his head. This look would be how Michael would be remembered for as he grew older. Two years later at the age of 9 the second war erupted after the fall of Junius 7, Michael joined a group who went around the world helping victims of the crash. Michael then witness in Berlin the attack of the Destroy Gundam, watching as carnage ensured Michael's blood boiled, he hated the E.A so much. He secretly took delight in watching Freedom take out the Destroy. When ZAFT attacked ORB Michael returned just as the battle was over. Staying in ORB and waiting to see who would win the final battle he was so happy to hear war would now be ending. As the years past and events took place Michael grew older, his desire to pilot a Mobile Suit growing with it too. While major events went on Michael would be found reading about Mobile Suits, his uncle would sometimes send him pieces of data, Michael became a fan of the Mobile Suit GOUF and if he found a picture of a GOUF or even a Gundam he'd place it in a scrap book. At one point Michael's parents were invited to a dinner party and brought Michael along, it was here he bumped into none other then Kira Yamato, who Michael had learnt piloted both Freedom and Strike Freedom. When he asked why Kira chose to fight Kira said to protect the ones he loved. When he was 18 he bought with some money from his birthday a black suit, giving the tie to his brother he let one button be undone on the shirt. When asked why he chose the suit he said "every Ace pilot has a look that makes him remembered throughout history". His Parents told him he didn;t want him to pilot a suit, however when he turned 19 his Uncle let him go to a PLANT Mobile Suit training ground and let him use a GOUF with special permission. Michael proved to be skilled and even heard the high score for the most number of targets taken down. His Parents decided there to just let him be and choose his own destiny. By now he had earned a nickname, Crimson Sapphire because of his blue eyes and red hair. At the age of 20 in chose to go live on PLANT with his uncle. Having drawn to like ZAFT Mobile Suits over ORBs Michael waits for his chance to join ZAFT and become a MS pilot. Well, aside that, you must lengthen "Personal History" - too short= too bad. And as i remember, ORB not receive "military assigned" chars now,so... Kaizer 0 Posted January 7, 2007 Share Posted January 7, 2007 I'd personally like to see more info on Michael's family. Just because they might not be a big part of your story doesn't mean that they should be forgotten altogether; after all, it is the parents who help shape the person their child becomes, so they must have had some kind of influence on Michael's personality. Also, I would like to see more on Michael's personality itself. Could you expand on his personality some, or perhaps you could explain in his profile why he acts like such a gentleman. Finally, as DarkPhoenix has mentioned, I don't believe that ORB is accepting any more military members at the moment, though that might change in the future. You can still apply to be a part of ORB, but you'd have to settle for being a civilian for awhile, and then when applications open up again, you will be able to ask to join ORB's military. winders 0 Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 There are some spelling mistakes in it such as "When the EA thought against Orb" it should be fought. Maybe you should include stuff like how he felt while he stewed in the desert town right after the birth of his mobile suit fascination. How did his uncle sit with your character's parents as he encouraged your character's fascination in a sense. What did he do between the days of the second bloody valentine war and the now? There's basically nothing about that there, why did he buy a suit specifically?
