Re: Orb Foundation Week: The Parade

He sighed, as what needed to be done were already executed with precision. He wasn't sure what the rest of the people that were with him were doing. He was sure that the ZAFT officers that followed along would be eagerly waiting for the medical reports after the initial check-ups and scans would be done. He inserted his credit card into the vending machine infront of him, as 4 cans of coffee appeared from the dispenser. He collected his credit card and kept it safely in his wallet, before he took a can, and opened it, before he took the other 3 cans, piled it up on one another, and carried them with one hand, holding it close to his body, as he sipped his own opened can.

He took his time to walk to the treatment room, avoiding whatever human traffic that was in the hospital. It wasn't busy, but there were enough things that needed avoiding. Besides, which sane man wouldn't avoid a pregnant lady from giving birth right there in that corridor? Messy, messy.

He took a few more turns, before he arrived in the area outside the treatment room. Taking a brief look at the lady inside getting analysed, he sighed for her, as he offered the cans to the 3 men already outside.

"A can of coffee for each of ya? My treat."

He said, as he stood in the middle of the corridor, his eyes innocently moving from one man to the other as he offered the coffee.

Walking quickly up to the reception desk, Ethan tapped the bell lightly with the back of his hand, the sharp noise getting the attention of the woman writing at the desk.

"Hello, a friend of mine was recently sent in for treatment here, a slight woman who's apparently had food poisoning, could I get the directions to her room please?" asked Ethan, politely.

The receptionist gestured down the main hallway, and bent her hand indicating a right.

"Room A-10, down there, take a right, and it'll be the second room on the left." said the receptionist, barely looking up.

"Thanks."

Ethan walked briskly down the hallway, and quickly noticed the room labelled "A-10 Treatment Room", with several men standing just outside the door; the guy who'd thrown the can at him earlier today was present as well, handing cans of coffee out to the other men.

Ethan sent a brief wave to the man, and walked over to join them.

"So, how is she?" asked Ethan, looking at the guy sipping his can of coffee; Ethan was trying hard to sound sympathetic and worried, but he felt a bit false asking.

Peering into the window, he noticed the Commander had just begun to awake.

Well, at least she's still breathin'.

Delfina sat in her room; she didn’t know what happened to her after entering Kusanagi Sunshine. A dumb founded look eclipsed her usual charismatic expression. For the first time in her life, she was completely confused. Delfina would have never thought that she would get food poisoning from an earth coffee drink. She touches her forehead, and rubs her delicate fingers against her temple.

“What happened to me?” Delfina contemplated to herself, while examining the room she was in. Her eyes quickly pan around the small room; it was well lit and decorated with a few pictures. During the search of the room, Delfina’s uniform was folded neatly on the chair on the far side of the room.

In an instant, Delfina slowly looks down, and notices the hospital gown she was dressed in. Her cheeks slightly redden from embarrassment. Not only did she fail to keep herself on a level worthy of being a representative, she also made the Zaft military look weak for succumbing to food poisoning. Delfina was also stipped while being unconscious, it shot an odd feeling up and down her spine. Judging by the class of the medical facility, it would only be a matter of time before Zaft soldiers would arrive to pick up the ill commander.

Blake had been walking around the city watching the parade from different areas. He didn't like having to act like a tourist but he also didn't want the odd stares from people that he would get had he actually wore his uniform. He soon found a place to sit and relax but just as he did his pager went off.

"Ah hell....What now? I finally get to sit and I get paged..."

With that Blake pulled out his pager and as he read the message his eyes widened. 'URGENT: ZAFT Commander Taken To Local Hospital.' After he had seen the message he placed his pager back on his belt and stood. After a moment of looking around he found a building in the distance that looked like a Hospital. He sighed as he began to walk towards the building in hopes of finding other ZAFT soldiers. Granted he wanted to lay low but when the commander is taken to the hospital what he wanted was the last thing that mattered.

As he walked he stopped from time to time to make it look like he was still interested in the parade but in reality it was the furthest thing from his mind. He cursed under his breath as he finally gave in and began to sprint towards the building. Granted it was still a good half mile away but the fact that he was a soldier, and a Coordinator, made that seem like a cake walk. He soon arrived at the Hospital and walked over to the nurses desk. As he did he pulled out his ZAFT id card and showed it to the head nurse.

"Blake Yoshida, I got a message that a ZAFT commander was brought in. Is this true?"

The nurse looked at the ID and then at Blake and after she confirmed that they matched she responded. 'Yes, she was brought in a little bit ago. Her room is right down the hall. You should be able to get in. Just show the nurse your ID.'

Blake nodded in thanks and began to walk down the hall. He soon arrived at the room and flashed his ID once again and the nurse let him in. He soon saw the commander and when he saw she was in a hospital gown his face turned red slightly but he quickly regained his composure and saluted.

"Ma'am, Blake Yoshida reporting. I was paged a few minutes ago that you were brought here. I was within running distance so I made my way over."

After he had introduced himself he quickly turned his head and walked over to a window so as to avoid any uneasy moments due to the commander not being in a uniform and beyond that being in a hospital gown. Hopefully other soldiers would arrive soon but until then he'd have to try and act as normal as possible.

Landis looked up, eyed the can and gratefully took and opened it. Taking a sip of the thick and strong liquid, he looked around and suddenly realised that Time had long overtaken his senses. It felt so excruciatingly long just to wait for his fellow ZAFT soldiers and for any news of the Commander's condition, and he had a feeling the other two men sitting beside him wore the same glum expressions with the same feelings.

"...Thanks, whoever you are." He muttered, immediately feeling slightly stupid for having said something so rude as though he had a bone to pick with the man who had helped in assisting Private Kitsune to move Delfina Schneider to the hospital and who had just given him a can of caffeine-laced liquid to keep his damned senses alive. "That came out the wrong way." He added with a snort, and nodded another silent thanks to the Private, albeit a little reluctantly, since it wasn't in his nature to feel gratituous to two people in one day for something this big.

"I'm coming.", Siegfred heard Jase in the radio.

"Sieg, this is bad. What could've happened to that ZAFT chick? What do you hear on the comlink?", JM asked Sieg. "Well from what i hear the ZAFT commander, commander Delfina was rushed to the medical center. It was food poisoning, i think.

Seeing that the limousine has peeled away Siegfred decided that its best that they get back to work. "The commander is better off with her escorts, and knowing that she's with Private Kitsune then we could only hope for her to get well now, since there's nothing much we could do. We better go back inside and fetch Jase. Shall we JM?"

As Sieg started to turn back towards the cafe he hears another message from Jase. "Hey what happened Sieg?" Sieg looks into the cafe, to the table where they were seated as well. He saw Jase was looking for them, but there seemed to be something wrong with him. And then Jase falls down...

"What the heck, what's wrong with him?", Siegfred said in a slightly flustered tone, almost sounding like he's mas at Jase himself.

"Don't tell me he's got it too! Quick JM, Jase needs our help. Follow me inside." Siegfred hurriedly gets back into the cafe, opening the doors forcefully, attracting the attention of the people inside yet again. These guys must already think he's some sort of a disgruntled man or something but the thing in Sieg's mind is what happened to Jase.

"Erg...", a sound is heard from Jase, suggesting he's in pain. "Easy now, let me help you up." Sieg assists Jase as the latter struggles back to his feet. "JM, help me get Jase back to our table." Siegfred has Jase's arm around the back of his neck as he helps him to walk towards their table.

Christoph had kept himself in the background during the ride to the hospital he had almost been on autopilot as he had trained for several scenarios like this in the ZAFT academy, he had followed orders from his superior, Landis and aided in bringing Delfina to the hospital.

As he was snapped back to reality by the familiar scent of coffee caressing its way into his nostrils, his ice blue eyes focused a sterile hospital floor revealed itself in front of him, he was resting his head in his hands his eyes facing down at the floor. Christoph rolled his neck making it snap as he stretched it, he gently and friendly waved of the gesture as sign that he didn’t want any coffee at this time.

He stood up and stretched to his fullest length, dusted of his crimson uniform that had taken some turns in the commotion.

“Landis, Sir, shouldn’t we dispatch a security detail to guard the commanders room?, sir”

As usual he kept his tone respectful and friendly; Christoph always made sure that he addressed his superiors with respect and now in the time of crisis he knew that it takes its toll on superior officers and their judgment could be clouded and as he had especially great respect for Landis that had backed him up in the ZAFT shuttle he wouldn’t want it to sound like criticisms.

Zeru shrugged at the reaction of the two men, as they seemed almost overly stressed over the matter. They were no older than 25, it seemed, yet they were posted into high ranks in ZAFT. Is this how capable the coordinators were? He walked to a nearby wall, and leaned on it, as he slowly sipped on his on can of coffee. He observed the aura of fatigue and negativity that surrounded the area, and carefully looked at each of the young men. Most of them looked like they were too young to even face through the rigours of real, live fire combat situations, yet they were so stressful, over a single ZAFT commander who had gotten food poisoning.

"Take it easy guys, have faith, she'll be fine!"

He said in a low, calm tone, breaking the uncomfortable silence among the men. As a young ZAFT trainee came into the scene, he replied to his question with an ignorant shrug. He was wondering whether his identity would need to be revealed. It didn't matter much anyway, if it was among Military men who could keep simple secrets such as this, especially if it mattered towards the security of the Parade.

How is she...?

The man responded with an arrogant shrug, to Ethan's irritation.

Fine, I guess it doesn't matter what he thinks of the situation; he's not even with us.

Turning around, Ethan suddenly recognised two men; he'd ignored them in the heat of the moment, but here stood Christoph, and a ZAFT Officer, from the uniform.

“Landis, Sir, shouldn’t we dispatch a security detail to guard the commanders room?, sir” asked Christoph, to the officer.

Ethan shuffled slowly over to lean slightly against the wall next to Christoph and the officer, and gave a quick nod and salute to them both, waiting for Officer Landis to reply to Christoph's question.

Delfina sat in the bed, fiddling with her fingers, while the sound of footsteps could be heard. She turns her head over to spot a soldier that wasn’t an assigned bodyguard during this trip to Orb. She holds her hand over her mouth and clears her throat. Delfina turns a cold and penetrating glare over at Blake. She clearly wasn’t happy or surprised to see this ‘new’ person standing at her doorway.

“I see, so headquarters sent me another. Do tell the others that we’re going to leave and return to the embassy. I’m officially ending this mission as of today. I will call the Orb representative, and inform them that Plant will be backing out of their parade...”

Delfina lets out a sigh, and grabs the nearby pitcher of water and pours herself a cup. She grabs the class and presses it to her warm lips. In a few gulps, the cold water touches against her patched tongue. Delfina moves hair out of her right eye, and puts the cup on the table.

“Hurry up and tell the others, and have them report here in ten minutes!”

Blake's head snapped up as he turned at the sound of an order being given. He could tell that she wasn't happy that he was here but to be honest he really wasn't too thrilled himself. He hated having to act like a civilian and the fact that he was out of his element since he had enlisted in ZAFT made it even worse. When he was told to go find the others and inform them that they would be leaving he quickly saluted and left the room.

"Man...for a woman she sure is scary...Wouldn't want to get on her bad side. Well let's see who's in the waiting room."

As he made his way he saw a few ZAFT Soldiers. He walked over to them and saluted the officers and looked at the rest. He pulled out his ID once again to let them know that he was in ZAFT as well and as he put it away he began to speak.

"Well, now that I found you. The commander wanted me to inform you guys that we are going to leave and return to the embassy. She is officially canceling the mission and will soon be informing the Orb representative that PLANT will be pulling out of the parade. We are to report to her room in 10 minutes so I suggest we find who ever else isn't here and get them here asap."

With that Blake stood there and waited for some of the other Soldiers to respond to what he had said. Hopefully they would get moving soon because to Blake the sooner they left Orb and got back to a ZAFT controlled area, even it was an embassy, he would be happy.

Jase had looked up to see Sieg come to help him up"Easy now, let me help you up."

"Oh thank you but am ok just some stomach pains"Said as he sat in his chair."Umm so what should we do now?"said Jase.

He then saw the Waitress come up to them "Hello sir are you alright I saw you fall".

Jase looked at her and then responded "can I get a bottle of gingerail?""Sure sir I get it right away"Said as she walked off.

This is a load of bull...

"So our commander turns a little green, and we go home with our tails between our legs? Sounds mighty great to me." said Ethan quietly.

Ethan looked down at the floor; he shouldn't have uttered that aloud.

"But I guess we have our orders, sorry."

Though... those after the Commander wouldn't get to strike at her again, perhaps staying would be a worse mistake.

He hadn't thought about assigning a guard to her room, and in that event even forgot that as a superior officer, he was supposed to give orders when appropriate.

To hell with propriety.I certainly didn't ask for those responsibilities...Looks like I'll have to deal with this throughout my military career. Noting the soldier that just shuffled in and saluted him, he lethargically replied with one of his own. Damn...Another one...Hope I don't have to remember his name. Too many names to think about already.

"Take it easy guys, have faith, she'll be fine!"

He would have snorted at that statement a few years back, but etiquette lessons and mingling with different kinds of people carved an uneasy smile on his face as a reply to that statement. Take it easy? Wish we could. If this isn't handled properly, we might get several politicians breathing down our necks. Worse comes to worse, it might escalate into something of a bigger scale, depending on Miss Schneider...

There was still the matter of guard assignment, but even before Landis opened his mouth, another soldier burst forth from the Commander's room.

What? This has to be some kind of mistake... He groaned inwardly. Then again, it might almost seem as though she was running away, had it not been for the probability that she wanted to save ZAFT some face.

"Women..." He muttered exasperatedly, not caring if the others had heard him or not. As much as he would have wanted to stomp into her room and demanded to know her reasons, it was only something he could do as either a civilian or a hot-blooded candidate for a Minister.

"So our commander turns a little green, and we go home with our tails between our legs? Sounds mighty great to me."

Landis would have grinned had it not been for the fact that fatigue had been hot on his heels and that the lid on his boiling cauldron  of anger was dangerously close to flying off.

"But I guess we have our orders, sorry."

Got that right.

"Looks like we got our orders." Landis grumbled. Pulling out the communication device quickly, he proceeded to inform any ZAFT personnel in the team of the newer orders and moved towards her room. "Let's go...The Commander's waiting." Referring specifically to the two soldiers he did not know, his training kicked in. "The two of you....Go to the room the Commander is in. Officer von Crailshelm will take charge. Within this ten minutes, I want no one other than confirmed ZAFT personnel and trusted ORB personnel to be in that room. Even then, I want you to be alert for anything strange that would happen."

"Oh, and..." He turned around and looked at the ORB citizen. "Thank you for your help. If it's any consolation for the trouble we've caused you, I'll mention you in my report." He smiled genuinely at them and continued on his way to meet any other ZAFT personnel, his sense now unusually alert. If there was someone out to hurt the Commander, he probably won't think twice about taking down another soldier from ZAFT, and standing out in the hallways to wait for any more soldiers coming in gave him as much coverage as clouds would on a clear day. Either way, there was no reason to tell the three soldiers of his intentions. It could be paranoia on his part, but the possibility of endangering more men was far too great to ignore.

Patting the firearm under his clothing for reassurance, he stepped towards the elevator.

Even though the door remained open Kitsune was polite enough to knock before he entered the room.  Before him was the young woman he'd brought in, now sitting up in bed.  It had only been a moment since the other soldier had walked off and Kitsune had heard everything that transpired, but it would still be best to get the news straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

"Excuse me," Kitsune kept his voice low as he spoke so that he wouldn't appear to be threatening "but I'm Leading Private Kitsune.  I'm one of the two men who brought you here earlier as well as the FREE Forces soldier who was appointed to act as a go between for you and the other ZAFT soldiers while they were here in Kusanagi."  Takashi kept his face still though under his uniform he was beginning to sweat, this was one commander who wanted nothing but the facts.  "I heard the order that you just issued to your subordinate and I wanted to let you know that my superiors will be notified immediately.  Also, I have the authority to secure transportation back to your embassy for you and the other members of your party."  Takashi paused again and then added, "If you would like I can have enough vehicles here to transport all of your soldiers back to the embassy by the time you're ready to go."

Kitsune waited patiently for a response, even though he wasn't anywhere near the top of the military food chain it was still his duty to mediate between ZAFT and his own government.  And at the very least he hoped that his politeness and his openness would help to alleviate some of the anger and stress this woman must have been feeling right now.

Ethan nodded, and putting up another quick salute, entered the treatment room, where the Commander was just beginning to sit up, holding a glass of water, dressed in a... thin, hospital gown. Deciding to spare her any embarassment, Ethan decided to look directly into her face, though he would be missing out on quite asight.

"How-" Ethan began quietly.

Instead of continuing, his voice trailed away, and instead he took a step back, and leant against the wall, with a hand on a raised thigh.

He probably shouldn't be bothering the commander with useless questions just yet, seeing as she'd just awakened.

"Sorry, is there anything I can do for you Commander?" asked Ethan, as he dropped his leg and levered himself off the wall, again standing straight, as his artifically dutiful demeanour crept its way in. Nothing about his voice sounded apologetic however, but Ethan had been finding himself easily irritable recently, and blanked his face to hide said irritation.

Ethan turned his head around, back at the door, looking for Christoph. He was looking forward to meeting him again, he'd seemed like a nice guy.

And he actually does something with his rank, instead of parading around with it.

Ethan considered Christoph as his direct superior, and appreciated the assistance he'd been giving to Ethan and his fellow crew.

This led Ethan to wonder where Ray Katsuki was; he'd set things straight hopefully.

But for now... orders... orders... orders...

OOC: My NPC will be in this post, “Ashellia Ferrinas" also its really long

Delfina stood behind the curtain surrounding her bed pulling her skirt up to her hips and zipping it up. She grabs her jacket and slides her arms through and pulls it over her shoulders. Delfina quickly does the buttons, and grabs her cap. A nurse pokes her head through the curtains, “Are you getting dressed alright? We didn’t know what kind of starch you used so…”

Delfina rolled her eyes, her clothes were a little more stiff then usual, but other then that it was perfect. She turns to the nurse with her trademark fake smile and nods. “Its fine, please don’t worry about it; Does this phone have an outside line?” Her hand firmly pointed to the small telephone on top of the nightstand.

The nurse looks over with a smile on her face and nods shyly. She was about the same age as Delfina, but her body wasn’t as curvy as hers. The nurse felt insecure when she was in close proximity with this patient from plant. The only thing she could justify was the only reason was she was a coordinator.  Delfina tapped her foot impatiently, while the Nurse comes out of her deep thought. Quickly responding to the question she quietly answers, “I…yes the phone does have an outside line. May I ask who you’re going to call?”

Delfina turns her back and picks up the phone. “I’m making a call to the Plant Embassy, and that is all I can tell you.” The nurse was slightly shocked, usually when a patient used the phone it was to call relatives and inform them that she or he was alright. She had to respect Delfina’s choice and exits the room quietly. After a few rings, the operator picks up the phone, and with a cheerful tone the girl speaks, “This is the Plant Embassy, may I ask who this is?” Delfina turns her back and sits down on the edge of the bed. She spins her finger messing with the cord. “This is Commander Schneider; my confirmation code is AX-491A. I would like to place a call to a Senator Ferrinas’s office at Aprilius one.” The cheerful girl types up the ID code, and looks at the picture of Delfina on the monitor. “Okay, I’ll direct the call; also the signal may become weak due to N. Jammer levels.”

Minutes quickly pass; it was almost time for the others to report to the small room for orders. Hopefully Delfina would be able to get confirmation from Senator Ferrinas to abandon this good will mission at Orb. Within a few minutes, Ashellia Ferrinas picks up the phone and raises it to her ear pushing her golden curls out of the way. “I was waiting for you to call, Schneider are you alright? I was watching the news and you appear to be on it.”

Delfina’s eyes shoot open, her escapade in the café was now public. Her cheeks redden again, as she clenches the sheets in her off hand. She exhales, and takes in a deep breath. “I’m fine senator, but I’m asking to have the mission canceled. I can’t…”

Ashellia lets out a small laugh, and shakes her head staring at the beautiful view of Aprilius one from her office window. “I’m afraid you can’t do that Commander, since you’re there to represent Plant. I believe that it is in the best interest for you to stay. Don’t tell anyone, but there may be a few unscrupulous people that would use that as a wedge against Orb and Plant.”

Delfina wanted to continue the debate, but she couldn’t disobey an order from a senator. She lets out a pout, and sighs lowering her head. “I see what you mean, when my men get here I’ll tell them to…”

Ashellia cuts Delfina off once again, “This time, you’ll need to wear something a little more feminine then your uniform. Perhaps, a dress will show you off as a peace loving Plant citizen instead of a serious Zaft Commander. You’re men on the other hand should wear formal attire to create a mood that even if you are in Zaft, you know how to act like a dignitary.” The signal started to lessen, and become drenched in static. “My…my looks like we can’t continue our conversation. You may use the account if you or your men didn’t bring any formal clothing. Until your safe return to Aprilius, farewell Commander Schneider.”

The phone cut off, leaving a busy tone followed by a normal tone. Delfina lowered the receiver to her lap, and sighs with a grin on her face. “That women, I’m entirely embarrassed, and now I have to stay?” Delfina shook her head and stands up. She stretches, and starts to pull back the curtain surrounding her bed. She turns to the mirror on the wall and starts to fix her hair. It was reaching the ten minute mark, and surely the others would start pouring in. Or at least the ones that were in the waiting room.

Sandrilene was getting rather impatient as the parade took forever to start, and her tea had turned cold. She tapped her fingers impatiently on the table when her cellphone rang. Heidi picked it up, talked for a bit and passed it to her. "Someone from the council, Ms. Ap-, Lene." Heidi nearly made the mistake of calling her Ms. Apfelsine again.

"Hello Ashellia, is there anything I can do for you?" Ashellia Ferrinas was the only one who knew she was in Orb and had her number. Surely something must have happened for her to contact Sandrilene.

"Sandrilene, Commander Schneider is unwell I'm afraid. You might need to assist her in the parade. Otherwise, she's going to cancel the mission." Sandrilene frowned. Cancelling their participation in the parade is hardly wise at all. "So Ashellia, I guess I have no choice but to reveal my identify I suppose? I was planning on making a grand entrance."

"Yes Sandrilene, you are the only one from the council who is in Orb. The old fogies might not be happy if they found out that you went to Orb secretly, but I guess we have no other choice."

"I hardly care what those silly old men think. We shall deal with them when I get back. So I presume Commander Schneider is in the hospital now, and I'll meet her there."

"Yes, please bring along some of your pretty dresses for her. It would be such a waste for her to wear the commander uniform. You will receive the details of where she is in a text message."

Sandrilene laughed. It would indeed be a waste. "No problem Ashellia, I'll contact you again. Take care!" and she hung up.

"Heidi, Haylie, we are heading to the hospital now. We are paying a visit to Commander Schneider. I have no choice but to participate in the parade. And please take the white dress suit along when we reach the hospital." Haylie ran ahead to start the car, while Sandrilene settled her bill.

"Please come again!" The waitress smiled and handed her the change. Sandrilene smiled back and headed straight for the car. There was no time to waste. Luckily, Haylie knew a shortcut to the hospital which could avoid the crowds.

In no time, they reached the hospital. Heidi and Sandrilene alighted first, while Haylie went to find a parking spot. Following the instructions given to them, they found the room, knocked and entered. The curtain surrounding opened, and there she was, Commander Delfina Schneider.

Sandrilene smiled and said, "Nice to finally meet you, Commander Schneider."

Delfina looks over at the young girl with a shocked expression covering her face. Was it the food poisoning again? Delfina was lost in thought looking at the phone then back at the girl. She squints, and looks Sandrilene up and down. It was starting to make sense; Ashellia had called Senator Apfelsine to make a visit at the Hospital. It was Ashellia’s way of reinforcing her decision; she was a very resourceful woman. Delfina lets out a smile, and replies to Sandrilene’s greeting with a crisp salute.

“Senator…Apfelsine?” She gulped, paused while sweat started to wet her palms. “I wasn’t… aware that you were in Orb…” Delfina was in total confusion; she takes a seat and fans herself with her cap. She defiantly lost it, was it magic or was the senator in Orb the entire time. Did she see Delfina faint in public? Or did she see the news report?

“I’m glad that you’re here, you could take my place as the representative.” Muttered Delfina in an attempt to bypass what Ashellia told her. But, deep inside Delfina knew that Ashellia was the one that orchestrated this meeting. All Delfina had to do is wait, and see what Sandrilene had to say.

Delfina looked rather shocked to see Sandrilene. Not that she blame her, since no one was supposed to know that she is in Orb. However, she did remember to smile back and gave a salute.

“Senator…Apfelsine?” she paused before continuing, “I wasn’t… aware that you were in Orb…I’m glad that you’re here, you could take my place as the representative.”

Sandrilene smiled back, and replied,"Well, good to see you are glad to see me, and sorry, I'm afraid you have to continue to participate in the parade, the media already had footage of you and Mr Rad Rider from Orb I'm afraid. So you can't just disappear and go back to PLANTs. And yes, you aren't supposed to be aware that I'm in Orb, no one was supposed to, but I guess I have no choice now. So please, if you don't mind, wash up and change into that dress suit." Sandrilene pointed to the suit Heidi is carrying.

"And yes, you can just call me Sandrilene. And I would like you to introduce me to the ZAFT soldiers when they arrive. We will be waiting outside for you. And don't worry, I will make sure you get a week's break when we get back. Just put up with everything for now." Sandrilene smiled and got ready to leave the room, to let Delfina get ready.

Christoph had been delayed by several nurses and orb personnel that had blocked his way towards Delfinas room, it was quite the commotion outside Delfinas room the hallway was packed with people who tried to catch a glimpse of Delfina and Ms. Apfelsine.

He started to tier with all the commotion, he had to push away a young man, brown hair, brown eyes and a white coat he seemed to be an intern, with full strength using his right hand Christoph pushed him away, firmly hand strong but making sure he didn’t hurt the curios intern. The intern stumbled backwards by the force of the push.

“Step aside, there is nothing to see here, the commander needs her privace, circulate.”

Christoph scanned trough the room as he noticed Ethan leaning against the wall, Christoph´s ice blue eyes gazed trough the room almost as the air made free way for his gaze. He pointed with his right hand with his palm open against Ethan while he kept his left arm as barrier between the room and the hallway.

“Vandemar, your responsible to keep this door clear, ill make sure there is a free path all the way to the for the commander.”

Christoph started to clear a path trough the crowd in the hallway, he used every inch of  his body as he cleared a path, his body type and military training gave him full advantage over the crowd as he orderd and firmly pushed aside anyone foolish enough to stand in his way, after all he had already ordered them to step aside.

“Step aside, clear a path please.” He added a please to sound more friendly trying to make the crowd step aside without using any force.

It was quite a sight to see him making his way trough the crowd, his crimson uniform cutting trough the layers of white hospitals coats like a sword, he noticed a civil dressed person wearing a ZAFT id badge in a distance, as he kept the crowd at bay with his left arm he announced the man.

“Identify yourself soldier.” He pointed his right hand against the man in the distance so he registered that Christoph was talking to him.

“Keep the exit doors clear make sure there is a free path.”

"Oh, thank you but I am ok, its just some stomach pains. Umm, so what should we do now?", said Jase. Siegfred just thrusted themselves on the couch-like seat near the table where they were. Then a waitress came to their table and offered some assistance and some ginger ail, which Jase graciously accepted.

"After a bit of rest and once we're sure that you're well enough we'll be heading to the starting point of the parade. I'm VERY SURE Demetrius has been waiting for us there. Just try to rest as much as you can.", Siegfred tried to comfort his commrade.

"Looks like you'll really be joining us on our duty JM. Jase would surely need some assistance as we wade through the crowd. I'll tell Demetrius about the situation as we proceed to the staging area. Siegfred waited for the waitress to return with the ginger ail.

OOC: It seems fireminerva's post got a little sidetracked, just a heads up. I'll edit this post if anything is changed.

He looked around him, as the situation looked as if the ZAFT commander was in labour. he laughed at the absurd thought, but he couldn't help it. Here she was, already recovering, conscious, and could even walk, yet they were all making even a bigger fuss about it as compared to her actually fainting on the streets. As the ZAFT officer thanked both him and Private Kitsune, he could only return the smile. As he went in the room, Private Kitsune had made a valiant request on handling her transportation out of here, though it fell on deaf ears, as she seemed to be dressing up back in her uniform. He placed his opened coffee can and grinned, as he placed a hand on the young Private's back, as he gripped it firmly, and shook it in a friendly manner.

I wouldn't worry too much about her, Private. She'll handle things by herself. She's already lost enough face by fainting on the streets, even if it wasn't her fault.

He said, in a voice that was somewhat commanding, yet it sounded more like advice. He kept the grin on his face, before he brought up the 2 remaining cans of Coffee on his free hand.

"You know, you deserve some coffee. Take things easy. When we're needed, we'll know."

He said again, gesturing towards him to take a can. He thought it was merely a matter of time before his identity might be realized, but for now, it didn't matter much. They were both in the same situation, and that was the only thing that mattered.

Kitsune nodded as the young man spoke, though he was right Kitsune still had a job to do.

"I'll have to pass on that coffee but thank you.  Besides, just because your commander has been through a lot doesn't mean that I suddenly don't have to do my job."  Turning his head as though it was on a swivel Kitsune watched as a ZAFT solider pushed aside an intern, "Not the most curtious of soldiers."

Still, the man seemed to have some authority and Terrof approached him.

"Excuse me, I'm Leading Private Kitsune from the Orb Military.  I was hoping that you might pass on a message to your commander.  I wanted to let her know that the Orb military is willing to help you and your soldiers in your return to your embassy."

Christoph was interrupted in the middle of his constant ordering as he was making sure the path was clear to the exit by an orb soldier. He adjusted his crimson uniform making sure it was perfect in everyway, he had a tendency to be a perfectionist down to the smallest details.

”Private Kitsune, you and your men are as of now assigned to crowd control, I want two men by the exit and one you are assigned to help me keeping the path clear.”

Christoph put his right hand on Kitsune´s right shoulder as he stared him right into his eyes whilst he kept his hand on Kitune´s shoulder.

“It’s a small task but it is as important as any big task, after all it’s the small things that makes the difference in life.”

He removed his hand as he noticed an intern move into the space he just cleared seconds ago, Whats wrong with these people?

Christoph ran his left hand trough his silky brown hair as he closed into the intern.

“Sir, didn’t I just tell you to step aside? Can you PLEASE step aside otherwise I have to remove you with force and I really don’t want to do that.”
