Personality: An experienced EAF pilot from the Second Bloody Valentine War, Tony believes that the best defense is a good offense. He can recognize the advantage in having a shield to block a shot, but is much more comfortable when the battle is fought on his terms, rather than that of the enemy. He is generally very willing to take a damaging shot if he can get off a good blow in return, especially in a duel. Tony can handle himself well in close range combat, and uses shotgun-type weaponry such as the Gouf's beam guns or the Zaku Slash's beam gatling very well. However, he has serious accuracy problems at long-range, and although his close range-skills are decent and can defeat a weaker or off-guard opponent, his moves lack any real imagination, and anyone proficient at close-range will be able to take him down unless he gets away.

Personality/History: A quiet and intense young man, Xen prefers to be alone and that sentiment is reflected in his combat style.  Preferring to stand off and disable his opponents from range, his close friends joke that his MW doesn't know how to go forward.  If his target advances, Oso will more likely then not retreat and maintain a healthy distance.  Bestowed with an analytical mind, he tends to read the situation carefully before engaging in any type of action.  Unfortunately, his tendency to do so is a double edged sword.  There have been times where Xen has over analyzed the situation and that has led to his defeat.  Still, he's a good backup to have in any combat zone.  You can rest assured that Oso will be watching your back and providing carefully placed fire at the opportune moment.

Personality/History: Dimitri is a jumpy fighter, constantly relying on twitch reflexes and split-second decisions. As such, his twitch skills are strong, but he prefers to think things out if he can. Battles with him often take the form of short bursts of action followed by periods of rest and strategic thought. This on/off style of battle means there's a constantly changing battle tempo, and it's hard for anyone to get into a dominating rhythm, including himself. Usually, if he has forewarning as to what his opponents will be using for their suits or for their tactics, he'll find a way to adjust accordingly beforehand to save himself a lot of trouble. Otherwise, he has to rely on "out-twitching" his opponent in the beginning, until he can find that time to assess the situation calmly. He does display an affinity for "odd" weaponry, which often give him new battle options that the others aren't expecting.

This combination proves to be brutal as Janos' attacks are ferocious in attitude and strike in rapid seccession, chaining each slash fluidly to push opponents back. His love for melee makes him detest long-ranged weapons and dismisses them as cowardly ways to avoid close up combat. However, if the situation calls for it, Janos will use such artillery. Sadly, his skill with long-range weapons aren't really polished. He works well in teams, often pondering about what moves could benefit him and his comrades in order to achieve success. Janos also isn't one to stay calm in battle and can be easily angered if provoked. He also hates nicknames and thinks of them as jokes.

Personality/History: Kaoru likes both ranged and melee. He will ussually try to distract the enemy with some shots then will quickly come up and slash them. Kaoru knows how to defend. If he has to he'll lay low. He doesn't like artillery fire. It takes up too much space and is quite heavy, he isn't really good at firing artillery either. Kaoru is especially good at close range he likes quickly slicing the opponent when they are confused. He was given his nickname because of the fact that he can sneak up to you without noticing.

Combat Style: Highly aggressive melee attacker, almost to the point of insanity. He pushes his own body and his mobile suits frame to their limits with acrobatic, yet tactical maneuvers. For this reason, he often has to be treated for various stress related injuries after battles. He holds the current record for most opponents defeated in the least amount of time (4 in 6.5 seconds).

Personality/History: A former three time coliseum champion with the team Kamikaze Ghosts, a group of pretty-boy pilots created by the Earth Alliance as a recruiting tool. The team became an international hit when the boys won the coliseum championship in their first year of competition. This propelled the team to a rock star like star like status, touring the world and influencing many to join the Earth Alliance. Agito was the bad-ass of the group, as well as a player, which is where he earned the nickname Casanova. This fact, however, caused him to be disliked by the hard core fans that saw him as a pretty-boy rather than a pilot. Sadly, during a tour of Europe, the team’s bus was involved in a fatal accident, killing all but two of the members, Agito and the chief mechanic Gengyo Hazuki. When this happened, Agito went into denial and decided to retire from coliseum competition. However, after three years of recovery and grieving Agito is once again ready to re-join. This time he is hoping to shed his pretty boy image and go down in history as one of the greatest combatants ever.

Personality/History: Brad believes that in a contest of skill and honor the only way to fight is melee. Unfortunately Brad knows that not all pilots share the same believes as him so brad also works to use midrange and Longrange weapons as a defensive weapon instead of the usual offensive that their designed for. He got his nickname from his own belief and first combat experience when he lost all weapons aside from two combat knives. Brad's competition was just as inexperienced as Himself in a all bares duel and became too confident after brad lost the main weapons, and began to toy with Brad. it was then that brad used the combat knives to his opponents surprise and immobilized the enemy unit. But Brad didn't stop there, with the sudden adrenaline rush from staring at defeat and the sudden turn of the tables, brad comminced to completely dismantle the enemy unit until the suit so torn beyond any recognition of its former image.

Personality/History: Not too long ago Hitomi Matsumoto had found that pulverizing an MS and leaving its burning pieces behind on the battlefield was an exeleration rush, not to mention a lifestyle that paid rather well, and so she decided to enter the world of Arena Combat; though the military might also have been a good choice it seemed unlikely that Hitomi would get as many chances to fight as she would in the Arena.

 

During her first team match in the qualifications arena Hitomi was piloting a Gouf and during an engagement with an instructor he commented over the radio that "This had to be some kind of joke, no student could ever successfully take on an instructor."  A few seconds later Hitomi had beheaded that instructor's Dagger and had a new nickname to go with her first kill.

The mercenary company also took to sponsoring arena combatants as a way creating more revenue.  the fighter was given the necessary MS by the company and a portion of the winnings were split between the pilot and the company.  Adokas is one of these  fighters.

Preferred MWs: Anything with a gun and a sword.

Personality/History: Samantha Winson is a bright, but stubborn young woman. She believes that the best defense is a good offense, explaining her aggressive personality and actions, both on and off the battlefield. This carries over into her speech, leading to an unfortunate tendency to shoot her mouth off at times, making exaggerations and wild claims. Fortunately, she has a natural talent for mobile suit combat, allowing her to recoup some face from those situations. This gift has allowed her to be skilled enough in mobile suit combat, even at the young age of 18 as Natural (with a serious amount of effort), to enter the arena as a serious combatant. Her stubborn personality means that she won't give up until the very end.

 

Samantha has developed a style of combat that is very balanced in its nature. She feels much more secure when she has both melee and ranged options at her disposal, as this means she can press the attack at essentially any range she happens to be at. Sore and bitter experience in the arena and in simulations and arcades has taught her the gift of patience in combat, but she will always be more at home acting than waiting.

Personality/History: Kevin joined OMNI towards the end of the First Bloody Valentine. He found the actions and opinions of many of his colleagues to be despicable, and was quite distressed by the Alliance’s actions at Alaska. However, his strong belief in commitment and duty kept him with the forces until C.E 73, when the Alliance used the ‘Break the World’ incident as a means to re-kindle the war against the PLANTs – Above all else, Kevin strongly believes in honesty, and refused to continue to serve those who would lie to the general public.

 

A newcomer to the Coliseum, and terribly out of practice, Kevin has already earned himself the nickname Terrier, for the way he relentlessly tails his opponents in battle. Personality/History: Influence from her father brought her to mobile suits. But then again with her persona she probably would've got into them even without her father. None-the-less, Elliot dealt her a lot more experience in battle and general firearms than the average soldier serving their country. Janus generally prefers charging into matters than thinking twice about it. However, experience has taught her otherwise and so now she has become more resourceful in terms of terrain and may at times use outrageous moves (such as throwing a weapon at the enemy to throw them off). If chance gives in a situation, she will often take a melee attack over ranged attacks. For her, dodging is not a problem when facing naturals (with exceptions), however she will prove to be a tad bit slower up against coordinators even with the skills enhancement program developed in Orb during the first war.
