Though little of the game is currently known, it has been confirmed that it follow its unnamed primary character as he's forced back into the life after just getting back from prison. Expected gameplay elements include hand-to-hand combat, weapon shooting mechanics, and a 'Fear & Respect' system that dictates how other characters view your alter ego on the streets. Next The sequel to Monolith's heart-stopping shooter continues the original game's spine-tingling supernatural suspense story of an escalating paranormal crisis that threatens to destroy a major American city. Tracer In development for over 3 years Tracer is set to hit the new generation consoles Q3 2006. With a strong single player journey and an intense multiplayer component, Tracer intends to set new standards for co-play and online gaming. Train Simulator Online Unreal Tournament 2007 Unreal Tournament 2007 Discussion Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom The latest in the expanding UL series that began on the PSP, Dark Kingdom is a fast-paced RPG/Action game that although story-driven, relies heavily on the physical side of things. Vampire's Rain Vampire's Rain takes place in a city in suburban Los Angeles, where vampires have been determined to reside. Players take control of a special operative called John Lloyd and, having entered the city, must wipe out the vampires. Artoon's Naoto Oshima, one of the creative forces in the creation of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, is working directly on this title and promises a game that makes vampires scary once again. The game creates its atmosphere with gothic visual design and next-generation technology (including heavily featured weather and water effects for displaying a rain-soaked hell on Earth), while a new gameplay system introduces hidden horror as players must figure out who is a vampire in the crowded city. Artoon is also working network features into this title, including competitive multiplayer. Vision Gran Turismo The fifth edition of the blockbuster racing series, in development for the next-generation PlayStation console (PlayStation 3). Series producer Kazunori Yamauchi is considering complex crash simulating and realistic damage modeling, and possible support of an EyeToy camera unit. Vision GT Discussion Warhawk Way of Samurai 3 The Wheelman The Wheelman is a joint videogame and movie development project starring Vin Diesel as an expert wheelman who comes out of retirement to protect a woman from his past. This project is a collaboration of Midway Games, MTV Films, Paramount Pictures, MTV Games, and action star Vin Diesel's Tigon Studios. Rich Wilkes, who worked with Diesel on "XXX," is slated to write the script for the whole project. Winning Eleven The next-gen edition of Winning Eleven (aka Pro Evolution Soccer), Konami's winning soccer series. WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 The latest in the ever-popular wrestling series could be a PS3 launch title. It boasts in-crowd fighting, a new analogue control system and much, much more. Yamasa Digiworld DX X Quest This ambitious project combines a MMO videogame with a television series in a futuristic kind of game show. Heard it's relatively new, and while I don't even have enough money to buy a tenth of a PS3, I've seen the game graphics and gameplay. PhoenixForce 0 Posted August 24, 2007 Share Posted August 24, 2007 At least you own one.I am still about $300 short from buying the PS3.I hope those games are only going to be $90 like new released PS2 games are.I wonder though how many of those games are actually going to be worth buying as games released on a new console don't usually meet the standards of that console.
