I'd think the only issue with this is the fact that those are Earth Units and the technology that it's using is ZAFT.

 

Technically it'd be Zaku's using that technology if anything  and not Earth Units and I doubt that ZAFT would let the technology be handed over anyhow

Yeah, thats been my concern as well Ryou.  There's precious few parts of the Destiny that the EA would be able to obtain, and the few that they could just wouldn't be enough to manufacture the wings of light; regardless of the level of output.  Whether or not Lumiere Voiture could mimic the WoL effect is a different matter though; seeing as I'm not a huge Stargazer fan, I can't really say much on the technology in this case.

 

The beam shields would be fine, as would most of the weapons, as they are all originally produced by the EA (is the Type 77 just a big beam saber, or is it an anti-ship sword?).  So its mostly just the WoL that would be a problem to produce.
