  1. Universal Century 0085. It had been a year and a half since Ryder had joined the Titans, and things had changed for the newly promoted Lieutenant. No longer was he apart of a platoon. He belonged to the Pursuers, a special force within the Titans, and they were at the top of their class. The 8 Mobile Suit pilots apart of this squadron were all assigned to the Alexandria-class ship, the Excalibur. Ryder currently floated around in the hangar of this ship, waiting for it to dock into Konpei Island. Their next assignment was being kept from them, something the Lieutenant didn't enjoy. It never gave him enough time to prepare, but it did give him the extra challenge. However, Ryder already had enough of a challenge, considering he had an outdated mobile suit. Most members of the team used the Hizack, one of the newer mobile suits, but Ryder was stubborn. He opted to stick with his GM Sniper II, along with another squad-mate, Gabriel. The Ensign loved his GM Quel, which made him an obvious choice to be Ryder's spotter on missions. The Titan watched as one of the Hizacks was being dismantled for spare parts. "It's sad to see her go." said a booming voice behind him. Ryder turned to see the Commander of the Pursuers. "But it's not every day you get to try a new mobile suit, huh?" Ryder smirked as he heard that comment. He knew the commander wished he would use something better, but time and time again, Ryder would refuse. "Well, I hope it works well, Dustin." He responded to the scarred individual. Suddenly, he heard the ship start to connect to the large space station. "That's our cue." said Dustin. "I'll meet you inside Solo- I mean Konpei Island, in room R17." He floated toward a nearby opening as Ryder watched. Every time he saw him, he was reminded of the mistake he made. That Gelgoog Marine haunted him... Ryder zipped up his uniform and followed suit, but he knew he couldn't catch up. Dustin worked a million miles a minute as a commander and wanted to make sure everything would be ready for their meeting. He looked and saw his teammate. "Gabe!" he yelled out.
  2. Hiro Kusanagi sat in the lounge of the Firefly as he watched the AEUG personnel scurry about their work in preparation for their departure from the lunar city. His crew of four was squeezed into the booth seat meant for three as they had their lunch. The seat opposite them remained empty for the person they were expecting. His wingman Kamea Thrace snuggled to his left, her right elbow carelessly jabbing at his ribs as she worked her food with a metal spoon. He suspected she was prodding his side partly on purpose. Kamea had tucked her short blonde hair behind her ear to keep it out of her lunch, revealing a star-shaped ebony stud. Her dog tag hung over her cleavage that her black tank top struggled to hide beneath her black leather. Hiro still found her appearance more masculine than Grace Valerii, who sat on his right. Grace had more feminine curves and the larger buxom than her short-hair counterpart, but her jacket was zipped all the way up to her neck to keep herself fully covered. Her straight black hair fell beyond her shoulders. Grace made Hiro uncomfortable for some reasons, especially when they were alone. Perhaps it was her open admiration for her superior, who happened to be a famed pilot in the Galleon Combine. Hiro Kusanagi was a renown mercenary in the Combine. Grace was the newest member in his team. Although she had been a part of the Draconis Fury for over a year, Hiro was still unable to be as comfortable as he was with Kamea. The latter was his wingman, so that explained for their familiarity. Grace was a backup pilot and still had a way to go before she was able to step up as a full-fledged pilot for the team. Her body was pressed against his as they sat awkwardly in the booth seat of the cargo ship. Hiro could feel the stiffness in Grace’s body despite her best efforts to appear comfortable with the physical contact. It was not as if he could help it. He was stuck. Hiro turned to look at Ronald Boone. The mechanic took the outermost seat and was the only one among them who could escape the scrum if he wanted to. Ronald, however, was engrossed with the food in his metal food tray. Kamea slammed her spoon down in frustration, “Knock my elbow one more time and I’ll shove this spoon up where the sun don’t shine, Augur!” “Hey, blame the small table! You’re knocking half of each spoonful I scrape before I can shove it into my mouth, not that this poor excuse for food is in any way appetising.” Ronald shot back. Kamea shook her head. “You can tuck your elbows in instead of airing your armpits, lad. We can do without the stench.” “Wha—“ Before he could even protest, Grace chimed in, “Starbuck is right. Why don’t you stand up to give us more space. Be a man, Augur.” “Just ‘cos Spike isn’t around, now I’m the whipping boy,” Ronald said. Kamea laughed. “Keep on dreaming, lad. Nobody’s gonna whip that ass.” “Shut up and enjoy cozying up with Apollo, girl.” Ronald teased as he suddenly leaned to his right to shove Kamea against Hiro. She leaned on Hiro’s shoulder with feigned affection while Grace flushed red as Hiro was pushed against her. Kamea giggled. “He better be enjoying this more than we are.” “C’mon now, we’re gonna look so professional like this when Captain Grimsdottir shows up.” Hiro said as he gave up trying to convince himself he was hungry. Ronald moved to the empty seat. “I’ll warm the seat for the captain before he arrives.” “I hope you’ve got a hot bum cos you gotta give up your seat and it better be well warmed up.” Grace said and gestured at the door of the lounge.
  3. The black screen blinked to life and begun an insistent beep. Alyssa Arano looked up from the book she had buried her head in for the past few hours. She left orders not to be disturbed. Reading to orchestral music provided a brief respite that the piercing ringtone shattered. Alyssa briefly contemplated if she should allow the incoming call to interrupt her rest. Recent events were exhausting. The loss of her leader and childhood companion affected not just her work but also shook her personally. The Zeon leadership was quick to shove her into the vacuum created by the death of Haman Karn. Alyssa had been groomed for this all her life, yet she never felt ready, not even now. Yet she had to be strong for Neo Zeon to succeed in reclaiming their birthright. They prepared for this for years. The hardships suffered by her people would soon be over once they moved back to Side 3. The incessant beep broke through her thoughts. Alyssa sighed and closed the book in front of her. She brushed her hair out of her face and checked her appearance vaguely through the reflection of the console screen. Satisfied, she pressed the answer button. The face of her assistant appeared on the screen. He did not appear pleased to be tasked with relaying the message to her, she knew at first glance. Alyssa knew Lieutenant Alexander Mori well enough to sense his discomfort even through the screen. She wondered what bothered him so much, he usually kept a better composure. Alex saluted at the sight of the Zeon Regent. “M’Lady, we have reports that a salvage team scoured the wreckage zone before our recovery team arrived. I’m ashamed—“ “It happens.” Alex did not have to mention Haman’s name. He understood her pain, and she thanked him silently for that. “I trust you’ve dispatched a team to track down the salvagers.” “Yes, M’Lady. Reports indicate that they are heading for the Moon.” Alyssa expected no less from her assistant. “I will look into this myself, Alex.” “But, M’Lady—“ Alyssa cut off his protest with a raised hand. He knew she would take over the search personally. That explained his reluctance to make the call. It meant he understood her reasons too, as much as he disliked it. “You know I have to do this, Alex. The fleet will continue on course as planned. The delegation must reach Side 3. Patch the Vice Admiral through.” “Yes, M’Lady.” There was a brief pause before Vice Admiral Darius Solomon appeared on the screen in a second video link beside Alexander. The Lieutenant saluted his superior while the Vice Admiral saluted the Regent. “Good evening, Lady Alyssa.” “Vice Admiral,” Alyssa nodded in acknowledgement. “Alex, please.” Her assistant proceeded to fill Solomon in on the intelligence report. The middle-aged veteran listened quietly. When Alexander finished, Solomon finally spoke, “Do you wish to take matters into your own hands, Lady Alyssa?” “I leave the Doyenne in your command, Darius. I will leave at once on the Repentance. If all goes well, we will rendezvous with the fleet at Side 3.” “I’m against this, Alyssa. I should have been firm with Lady Haman and stopped her from going out into combat against enemy ace pilots. With all due respect, it’s too soon to let the new Regent to be off chasing after a rabbit trail.” Solomon was a father-like figure for both Haman and Alyssa. He was a close and old friend of Maharaja Karn, Haman’s father and Alyssa’s guardian. Alyssa pursed her lip in annoyance. She expected resistance and understood their reasons, but she was going regardless of their opinions and feelings. They stopped her from joining the recovery team and the search parties after the battle. There was no stopping her this time. “The Repentance can handle whatever surprises we encounter. I’ll also be bringing the Black Tri Stars along as escorts. Don’t worry, Darius. You can help me by bringing the delegates to Side 3 and protect Princess Mineva.” Solomon sighed and said, “You and Haman are too alike. There is not stopping you once your mind is made up. There’s so much of Maharaja in the two of you. I promised him I would take care of you both. I have failed him once and I don’t want to fail him again.” “I’m not going up against enemy ace pilots in a battle. We are intercepting a group of civilian salvagers. We will outgun them.” Alyssa noticed Solomon’s expression softening slightly. She recognised that look since young when he finally gave in to their pestering him for candy. “Besides, Haman would have done the same for me if our roles were reversed.”
  4. It was December 8th, 0083. After the events of the Delaz Conflict, an elite force was created by the Earth Federation just a few days prior. They were called the Titans, a unit specifically meant for hunting down any Zeon Remnants on or around the planet. Many members of the Federation joined, including a mobile suit pilot named Ryder Sarka. He had joined the year prior, starting out in a standard GM. Over time, other teammates noticed his skills as a sniper, so he was assigned to use a GM Sniper II. When the Titans were announced, Ryder didn’t hesitate to join. He hated the Zeon with a passion, and this was a way for him to finally get revenge… The black-haired Ensign walked through the corridors of Jaburo with many other new recruits, noticing many of their transport ships launching from its large runway. Members of the Titans were beginning to be sent out on missions, with most of them going up to space. His assignment was different though. The new Titan didn’t know much, only that the team he’d be a part of would be going to South Africa. Ryder had mostly stayed in South America over the past year, so it was a nice change of pace for the Ensign. “Where the heck is the Stark?” He thought to himself as he glanced at many of the Medea transports. Eventually, he saw the big black letters spelling it out on the side of a ship and walked toward the opening in the rear. He noticed that not many were joining him. “Maybe a special assignment?” He thought. Two women were inside the large aircraft with a cart of new black clothes. “Name please?” One of the ladies asked. “Ryder Sarka.” Her eyes widened. “Oh! You’re one of the pilots! Take this and go join the others, once you’ve changed in the barracks.” She handed him a uniform wrapped in plastic. The inside of the ship was smaller then he’d thought. Ryder felt cramped as he walked up the stairs to his room. There was a single bunk bed in the room, meaning he would have to share with someone else. Placing his jacket and other items on the bottom bed, he quickly changed into the new uniform. The design looked sleek, but he wished he could wear his brother’s old jacket instead. The door creaked open. A younger man with short brown hair walked inside. “My roommate.” Ryder held out his hand to the fellow Titan. “Hi. I’m Ryder Sarka.”
  5. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is not an actual roleplay and more of an origin of Artemis and what shaped her into the Neo Zeon scamp that she is, it is split up into four pre planned parts each with their own title. It will contain very harsh language and some scenes may be inappropriate for some sensibilities so please be cautious before reading. I will try to complete this within the week as I already have most of this figured out with only the rest to be filled in with words. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Links(Will be converted to clickable links as a table of contents): Part One: Rise, Junk Zaku! 6. Might as well make a short bio before I forget. Maria Walker Biography Full Name: Maria Grace Walker Affiliation: Anaheim Electronics Job Title: Mobile Suit Test Pilot Age: 26 Sex: Female Height: 5'7'' Weight: 130 lbs Eyes: Green Hair: Black Skin: Light Handiness: Left-handed Personality Maria is very sweet and likes to chat with her co-workers. She's committed to her job as a test pilot and strives to get better as one. People frequently ask her for advice, since she gives meaningful, positive feedback to others. She hasn't allowed her wealth to make her snobby. Appearance Maria is naturally appealing and attractive. She tries to stay fit physically in order to perform the best at her job. She doesn't like to wear too much makeup, but she does take care of her long black hair. Her eyesight is weak, so she always wears her glasses. When she isn't wearing a pilot's suit, Maria usually wears white button-up shirts with blue jeans. She has a collection of different colored sneakers. History Born on April 7th, 0062, Maria lived with her parents and two older sisters in an extravagant mansion in the middle of a space colony in Side 5. Her father had created a successful packaging business, giving his family a very comfortable life. Throughout her school life, most of her fellow students were jealous of her. They would frequently call her names and would tell her how she would never have to work in her life. Eventually, she got tired of this and started to work extremely hard in high school, partially because her father chose one of her sisters instead of her to take over the company when he retired. She began to work vigorously to get straight A's, but she didn't actually know what to do with her life. During her senior year, her friend Ryder Sarka, who she secretly had feelings for, mentioned that he wanted to become a pilot for the Federation. She found piloting fascinating, so once she graduated, she applied to become a test pilot for Anaheim Electronics. Maria was immediately denied on account of her poor eyesight and zero experience as one. It was a wakeup call for her, but she wouldn't give up. She got an internship at the company, starting out as an engineering assistant doing menial tasks for her superiors. While it wasn't particularly fun work, she found it to be very enjoyable because of the friends she made. However, she was still committed to becoming a test pilot in the future. Over the next couple of years, Maria attempted the tests to become a pilot many times. While she got better with each attempt, it was never enough to pass. However, an opportunity appeared when the Proto Gamma was brought to La Vie En Rose. Its pilot had left and there were still tests that needed to be performed. She begged her boss to test the new mobile suit. After her superior obliged, Maria proved to her co-workers that she deserved to be a test pilot. While she was never the main test pilot, she at least got to try out some cool mobile suits during the Gryps Conflict. Once it ended, Anaheim continued to stay busy, since another war ended up starting. Maria obviously wasn't happy about the bloodshed, but these wars did allow her to keep her job... 7. Full Name: Amber Helio Destara Faction: Neo Zeon Rank: N/A Age: 20 Sex: Female Height: 5'8" Weight: 135 lbs Eyes: Purple/Green Hair: Blonde Skin: Fair Handiness: Right-handed Personality Amber is very energetic and likes to have fun with her teammates, but she knows when she's supposed to be serious. Life on Axis has been difficult, but she doesn't let that stop her from being happy, so she'll frequently try to cheer people up even when they don't want to. Her goal in life is to be a good friend to everyone. Strengths and weaknesses Amber values speedy hit-and-run tactics in mobile suit combat, so she'll attempt to take out the enemy without even giving them the chance to fight back. However, she's only a rookie pilot and hasn't been apart of actual combat, so that rarely works out. She may lack experience as a pilot, but she's got tons of experience as an engineer. She frequently likes to tinker with her custom mobile suit, trying to upgrade it so that it can compete with new models. Amber knows that she'll eventually hit a point where that'll no longer be possible. Appearance Amber Destara is attractive, but not jaw-dropping. She has shoulder length blonde hair, but her defining feature is her distinct colored eyes, with her heterochromia often being mentioned by her peers. She always tries to smile and to keep her appearance nice. Her Neo Zeon clothing is also orange, like her mobile suit. History Born on February 22nd, 0068, Amber Destara lived with her parents at the mining base called Axis. For years, her parents working vigorously in order to even live. They were lower class citizens, so they didn't get to live a very luxurious life, but this never bothered Amber, because she didn't know what it was like to not be poor. It got worse when the One Year War broke out, causing them to work even harder. Amber rarely saw her parents during the war. When the Principality of Zeon lost the war, many soldiers and other Zeon members fled to the asteroid. The population grew under the rule of Maharaja Karn, who became the leader of the Axis base. Amber's parents were horrified to see their home become a fortress, but that didn't last long. A new living quarters block was created, allowing their family to family live in better conditions. Their jobs also changed to helping construct new mobile suits, something Amber became fascinated by. Every day, she'd watch as these new machines were created, hoping out maybe she could help create one someday. However, in 0083 Maharaja Karn passed away, making his daughter the new regent of Axis. Things changed drastically during this time. Not only was Haman raising morale with the citizens, but Operation Stardust also occurred, causing many to want Axis to fight, including Amber. She had later obtained an old damaged Dra-C and began work on it, hoping it could fly again. For years, this became her new pride and joy. Eventually, Axis did begin to return to the Earth Sphere, ending up right in the middle of a conflict between the AEUG and the Titans. Amber never participated in the Gryps Conflict, but once the Titans were defeated, Axis Zeon, now named Neo Zeon, began their official attack on the AEUG. This is Amber's moment to shine, so he revealed her mobile suit to the soldiers of Neo Zeon. They weren't impressed, but they needed soldiers to fight, so she was inducted. The only experience she had as a pilot was through simulations in the mobile suit, so she hoped that it would be enough to help make Neo Zeon victorious. Mobile Suits MS-21CO Dra-C Oct Amber's custom orange mobile suit, built from a Dra-C used by one of the Delaz Fleet survivors. It was quickly abandoned in favor of new mobile suits, but she found it and has worked on it ever since. Amber replaced the regular gun with a new gatling gun, hoping that it'll help out much more in battle. It is currently unknown why there are X's on the shield. Other soldiers attempted to assign her to a newer machine, but Amber wouldn't budge. Kills N/A Role plays Mobile Suit Gundam: Zeta Destiny (Ongoing) Coliseum battles N/A

  9. Full name: Teo Rasmus Nygaard Faction: Nygaard Concern, Neo Zeon Rank: Son of Rasmus Nygaard, founder and owner of Nygaard Concern Mfg Co.; Neo Zeon Ensign Age: 21 Sex: Male Height: 5'9" Weight: 180 lbs. Eyes: Grey Hair: Light auburn bordering on orange, but a close shave around the sides and back of his head suggest his hair was originally a much darker brown. Skin: Fair, almost pale Handiness: Left-handed Personality Teo is a guarded individual, having grown up resenting the silver spoon put in his mouth from an early age. He dislikes being patronized for being of affluent blood, and would much rather prefer people talk to him as a regular man. He is, however due to his sheltered upbringing, quite naive, and believes things to be more black and white as opposed to shades of grey. Strengths and weaknesses Teo is a gifted engineer, having taken after his father, Rasmus Nygaard. He has an intimate understanding of machinery and electronics. However, he is physically quite frail, possessing a significant limp. His resentful personality also tends to get him into heated situations quite easily, landing him in trouble more often than not. Appearance Teo Nygaard is a fairly tall individual of Scandinavian blood, possessing pleasant features: soft grey eyes that mask a purposeful determination and trimmed auburn hair. He is often seen holding a small cane to aid his walk in gravity environments, though he tries his best to keep his back straight and walk tall. When not wearing a Neo Zeon uniform, Teo is dressed in comfortable, if not expensive civilian clothing. History Born on August 12, UC 0067, Teo Nygaard is the only son of Rasmus Nygaard, and one in a long line of heirs to the leadership of the Nygaard Concern, a heavy industries manufacturing company established at the dawn of the Universal Century to build components for Space Colonies. Eventually, the Nygaard Concern would be absorbed into Zeonic to produce mobile suits, though by 0080, Rasmus Nygaard would buy the Concern back from Anaheim Electronics. From then on, the Nygaard Concern would be synonymous with mobile suit customization, with several Earth Sphere aces attributing the high performance of their custom machines to the work of the Concern. Teo would be brought into a world of luxury; his every need and want fulfilled as he was attended to by a legion of servants, even as the world around him floundered. However, after being near endlessly mocked and ostracized by his peers for being 'the rich kid', Teo begun to resent his upbringing. Due to the status of his family, he would be largely untouched by the horrors of the One Year War, though as the frontlines shifted, the Nygaard family would find themselves moved from colony to colony, eventually taking residence in Axis at the end of the War. It would be here, in the rough-and-tumble refuge of the survivors of Zeon that Teo's resentment of his heritage grew and grew. When he was old enough to enlist, he would join the draft, looking to serve as a common soldier, but ironically, his position in high society, and his limp, would land him a spot in Neo Zeon's officer academy, where he would graduate as an Ensign. Not one to throw away an opportunity for business, his father, Rasmus, would position his son as an advisor to Neo Zeon's corps of engineers; effectively a salesman for the Nygaard Concern's products and services. This angered Teo, who would often shirk his duties in an attempt to get himself either demoted or discharged, but the near-constant meddling from his father as a beneficiary of the Army would keep him firmly in place as an Ensign. When the war against the Earth Federation had finally begun in UC 0088, Teo would quickly find a way to stick it to his father and the Nygaard Concern, this time as a mobile suit pilot, but once again, meddling from his father would have him playing right into the Concern's hands: instead of a standard issue mobile suit, Teo would be at the helm of one customized by the Concern as a show of force from the company. Still adamant in his desire to break free from his heritage, Teo would endeavor to never score a single kill in his mobile suit. Possessions A necklace made from a small pewter ring he was given by a close friend when they were children. Mobile Suits MS-14Jgbis Gelgoog [Stutzer]/Nygaard An MS-14Jg Gelgoog modified by the Nygaard Concern. Equipped with improved armor and an impressive array of thrusters, the Gelgoog [Stutzer]/Nygaard can go toe-to-toe with its modern contemporaries, like the Gaza-C despite its age. This unit was assigned to Teo to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Nygaard Concern's mobile suit modification services. Equipment 1x XMP-91 Beam Machine Gun (X-04 Copy) Designed after the X-04 Beam Machine Gun Prototype developed for the AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra, and earlier RX-78GP04 Gundam Gerbera, this Nygaard Concern copy functions much in the same manner as its Anaheim Electronics counterpart, though its power consumption is scaled down to allow the Gelgoog's older generator to operate it, thus its effectiveness at longer ranges is questionable. 1x Beam Naginata Splitter This iconic melee weapon has been modified by the Nygaard Concern to be capable of splitting into two separate beam sabers by way of a decoupling unit in the shaft and the replacement of the single battery with two at each end. 1x Grapple Wire Originally conceived as a component for mobile workers, the Nygaard Concern has seen fit to equip the Gelgoog [Stutzer]/Nygaard with a grapple wire, possessing many uses in both combat and noncombat applications. 10. Leon Malroz Biography Full name: Leon Malroz Faction: Zero Sky space pirates / Zeon by proxy Rank: N/A Age: 21 Sex: Male Height: 1m87 Weight: 66kg Eyes: Blue Hair: Blond Skin: White Handiness: Left-handed Personality Leon is a serious but easy-going fellow, friendly to most people while also honest about what he thinks about people or situations he's confronted with, which can be problematic if those are what he considers "bad". The things Leon loves most in life are piloting his Mobile Suit while staying idle in space, and spending time with his crewmates, whom he views as his family, and will do anything he can to help them if need arises. Strengths and weaknesses Battle Strategist: Leon was never taught proper MS combat, and as such, will usually come up with battle plans on the fly if his current strategy isn't working. Couple Protector: Because of his complicated love life, Leon will protect any couple he sees from any harm that comes their way, even if he was just fighting them, and will stop what he's doing to get them to safety. He will also refuse to kill anyone that has a lover. Main Target: In order to minimize the number of victims in an all-out fight, Leon will target the enemy leaders or figureheads to make the rest retreat. This leads him to fight opponents much stronger than he is. Appearance Leon is a blond-haired, blue-eyed man that usually wears a black shirt, red pants, a red and gold jacket, and a gun holster strapped to his belt. History Leon was born sometime in UC 0067, in a Zeon colony, which was attacked by space pirates when he was only a few months old. One of the pirates decided that a child this young didn't deserve to die, and adopted him. For all his life, the only home Leon has truly known was the interior of a rusty old spaceship. He was the only child on the crew, and quickly had to learn to fight and fix problems from a young age. When he was 15, Leon managed to salvage the wreckage of a Zaku that was drifting in space, and customized it. He became proficient with the Mobile Suit, and became the crew's ace in the hole, heading out to battle only when the situation became dire. When he was 18, Leon's adoptive father died, and, while on his deathbed, told him the truth of his origins. Leon didn't pay it any mind, as he already thought of Zero Sky as his one true family. A few months afterwards, he was deployed into battle and was shot down by a cannon. He crashed into a Side 6 colony, and was found by an orphaned young woman named Lena Shire. The two of them became close quickly because of their similar backgrounds, and when Leon managed to repair his Mobile Suit, he took her with him onto the Zero Sky crew's main ship. She lived there for a few months, and the two of them developped strong feelings for each other, but tragedy eventually struck, as Lena was killed in the crossfire of a raging battle between Zero Sky and Federation Mobile Suits. A few days after Leon turned 20, the crew became business partners with Zeon, and is now helping them in battle when needed. Possessions MS-0X Zero Sky Zaku: Leon's customized black Zaku II with a big, white zero painted on its back. Revolver: An old, gunpowder-using six shooter that Leon carries around for "good luck". 11. Artemis MacGriever Biography Full name: Artemis MacGriever Faction: Neo Zeon Rank: Chief Petty Officer Age: 19 Sex: Transgender Female Height: 5’7’’ (1.7m) Weight: 124lb (56kg) Eyes: Green Hair: Dirty blond dyed neon green Skin: Pale Handiness: Right handed Personality Artemis is the most kind person most will ever meet. She loves everyone she meets unconditionally and acts as attentive as a mother to those she calls her friends. This even extends to foes she meets on the battlefield, more often than not she will try to disable rather than slay her foes. Her main passions lie in mobile suits. Everything about them fascinate her and excite her. Maintaining them, repairing them, piloting them and sometimes customizing them. She even joined the Neo Zeon forces primarily due to the Zaku being her favorite family of mobile suits. In her opinion Federation suits are too boring. Easily excitable, Artemis can usually be found with a lot of energy, bouncing around the hanger bay or common areas of whatever base she’s located inside. She’ll try to butt in on any conversation she can find and add another friend to her list of people to fret and care for. Sitting still might as well be a foreign language to her. Strengths and Weaknesses Mobile Suit Familiarity: Able to repair and maintain her mobile suit on her own, Artemis is familiar with the basics of all aspects of mobile suit mechanics and is able to make field repairs to most Neo Zeon suits. Hyperactive: Artemis needs to constantly be moving and that includes while piloting a mobile suit. She can’t help herself from fiddling and that causes her attention to be split at all times. Hopeless romantic: If she falls in love she’ll fall hard. Cute girls are her biggest weakness and will often become a love struck puppy when faced with one. Appearance A lithe girl with a round doughy face that makes her appear much younger than she really is. She’s a fan of dying her hair and styling it at random and in random ways so it frequently changes but always returns to her green. She hasn’t had any of the surgeries normally associated with her identity. She usually wears scarves or hats she collects alongside her uniform and will try to personalize it whenever her superiors aren’t looking. When off duty she’s seen in baggy clothes that couldn’t be farther from her uniform. History Enthralled at an early age by tales of her father’s far fetched stories, him fashioning a Zaku tank with a shot down Zaku during the One Year War so he can fight in the war to how he was really the one to save the colonies. She naturally fell in love with mobile suits and always dreamed of piloting her own Zaku, her favorite line of mobile suit. To that end she began dedicating herself to one day piloting a mobile suit. When Neo Zeon began to rise Artemis debated joining. She wasn’t particularly warlike or dedicated to the Zeon cause. Her only real cause for joining at first was wanting to pilot a Zaku. Her girlfriend at the time agreed, wanting Artemis to stay on their colony and away from the fighting. Ironically it was that fighting that spurred Artemis to leave. The more blood that was shed the more Artemis couldn’t sit still. She had to try and stop the fighting but she couldn’t do it on her own. The choice soon became clear to her, Neo Zeon promised to protect the colonies where her girlfriend lived. Reluctantly she signed up as a mechanic rather than a pilot, unable to stomach actually killing anyone. That didn't last long. During a botched operation she was forced to pilot a Gaza-C in defense of her ship. Although the suit returned without a leg, hers was the only one to. She gained slight infamy for her rather strong personality while continuing to serve Neo Zeon. After she got assigned to the Repentance she returned home to discover her girlfriend had left her in her absence. Heart broken she painted her mobile suit its current black color scheme and put on a smile that only faltered when she wasn't being watched. She briefly decided to abandon Neo Zeon but after seeing the Regent's hair in person she decided to continue to serve, if only to annoy the crew of the Repentance in between missions. 12. Nicky Lavie Biography Full name: Nicholas Stanley Lavie Faction: Anti Earth Union Group Rank: Ensign Age: 25 years old Sex: Male Weight: 61kg Height: 1,65m Eyes: Amber Hair: Honey brown, undyed Skin: Fair skin Handiness: Left-handed Personality Unlike what his delicate appearance would suggest, Nick Lavie's daily behavior is that of a waiter that has been taking orders in a packed restaurant for all of his life: he usually wakes up in the verge of hurling a wave of insults at thin air, ready for somebody to come in with his orders for the day (admittedly somewhat outrageous at times) to violently punch the cafeteria table, to the point only newcomers to the ship jump whenever this happens during breakfast and the commanding officer giving him the orders just ignores it. Stubborn and somewhat arrogant, he usually has trouble with colleagues of his that insist on using non-metric units at work, having grown up in a colony that chose the metric system, which can sometimes lead to mishaps on Suits he has worked or performed repairs on, with him usually blaming the “Fahrenturd Gang” instead, never the guiltier. But despite his pessimistic and snarky behavior, he seems to be accustomed to this way of life, and treats every friendly or new face with kindness, seeing them as his comrades on a long, pleasant journey to his own cold and empty corner of stellar hell. Strengths and weaknesses Nicky usually excels at working with mechanical objects, having dabbled in repairs and tinkering since he was a young kid, and working with small parts has also made him into a highly perceptive individual. However, while he isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty, which he does, his physical weakness makes him tend to simply hurt himself when trying to use his relatively small strength, in example to operate wrenches on adjusted cogs, or to lift heavy objects, which usually ends up with his left foot being slammed from above (it already being a running gag with the MS bay crew). He is also sensitive, both emotionally and physically, which means that while he has a better time perceiving the emotions of those around him and reacts far more dramatically to compliments, he's also the first one to crack while working under pressure, and he would certainly not be somebody the ship wants falling into hands capable of physically torturing him for information, even though he knows nothing valuable to begin with. Appearance As the crew’s bare eyes can tell, Nick is a somewhat short, lightly built boy with honey brown hair, somewhat collected from the way up but messily ending in a pair of upward-pointing fangs, probably a result of excessively wearing helmets that don't cover the lower part of his hair while not in a normal suit, which is necessary to avoid a possible death by hazard in his workplace. As others would put it, he also looks somewhat feminine, which combined with his nickname can lead new arrivals to think they're talking to a girl named Nicky. This allegedly does not sit well with him, with existing reports of occurrences in which he yells “It’s Nicholas, and Nicholas is a man's name!” and hurls wrenches at the offender in response. Despite all this fuzz, however, he has no intention of letting go of his prized hair, having brought himself to love it. He usually wears a jade-colored zipper jacket, a pair of gray work trousers, black gloves and white rubber boots, all of them seemingly “appropiated” off a Federation worker's closet then stripped of EFSF badging, along with a purely cosmetic pair of transparent, round glasses with a silver frame. When around hazards, he dons a white, mildly chipped hard hat, and protective goggles. He also has claimed property over an orange and white pilot suit from the spacesuit cache, and he wears it when performing repairs on the outside of the ship or during battles. History Born on May the 13th of UC 0063, to a small and resource-strapped family that consisted of himself and his parents, living in one of the space colonies of Side 2, also known as Hatte, and working in a scrapyard, Nick always was curious, having a knack for disassembling things to examine their inner workings, which his peers compared to their Anatomy teacher's habit of vivisecting small animals. Still, they enjoyed his presence and had no trouble interacting with him, which meant he formed an average group of two frequent, best friends. He usually helped out his dad, who salvaged things from the scrap to sell them at the Tinsel Market, until the age of sixteen, when his mother started taking him on her salvage trips to the outside of the space colony, to teach him the art of piloting the family's yellow mobile pod to fish out the remains of ships or outdated satellites. Once he had the hang of it, he would be left in charge of the task by his mother, who wanted to help in the scrapyard for a relaxing change. However, in the same year, UC 0079, war broke out between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, and Nick would be witness to the ruthlessness of the Principality when he saw Zeon Zaku IIs take one of the neighbouring colonies away for unknown purposes, leaving one cousin of his, who was visiting, effectively homeless. Both would later find out about the consequences of the failed Operation British, and would grow to despise Zeon for leveling Australia and gassing relatives and friends to death. While many in the colony, including his best friends, attempted to join the Earth Federation, seeking refuge from Zeon or revenge for the absent Colony, Nick was wary of the instability of the region, and restrained himself from joining until it was obvious Zeon would lose and had no way of firing back at him. Then, in UC 0081, with the One Year War over, he left his underage cousin in charge of piloting the mobile pod for his parents to join the Federation's maintenance corps, mostly for a salary that would serve his family better and as a non-combatant, because even though he was no pacifist, he wanted to preserve himself alive. This job, ironically, would take him to Earth, where his life would be threatened during his first tour of duty in UC 0083, as Zeon remnants stormed Torrington Base in Australia by night, where he had been stationed as one of the new technicians for only three weeks, fixing up the aggressor units of the experimental team that tested new equipment. While he saved himself from being crushed by his own barracks and lived to help at Torrington after the attack, the events that transpired in space involving Torrington pilots and a Remnants ace would come back to haunt him when the EFF tried to cover up the existence of Anaheim Electronics’ Gundam Development Project. Having definitely caught a glimpse of the now nonexistant GP units the afternoon they arrived and during the attack, the EFF would place him on their watch list after ordering him never to speak of the incident. Said events would also light up a mild dislike for Zeon due to their actions, even though he secretly did agree with their initial ideology of procuring independence from the Earth Federation. In UC 0087, after spending years working for the Federation on Earth to help his family become middle class, having taken basic MS piloting lessons and with the Gryps Conflict rolling, Nick would be transferred to outer space again, intended to arrive to Gryps 2 to work for the Titans, and the Salamis Kai he travelled in would take him back to Hatte, where the ship would be undergoing repairs after being damaged during ascent by a malfunctioning booster. Seeing a chance to see friends and family again, Nick took some leave and departed for his home colony to visit friends, unaware of the presence of an AEUG cell that tried to infiltrate the cruiser with unidentified inside help, intent on stealing the cruiser’s Mobile Suits. As the GM hijacking was stopped and the responsible men were apprehended or shot, one of Nick’s best friends was discovered to be one of the dead assailants, and Nick was subsequently suspected of being their inside man. With more than half their men dead and needing all the help they could get on their escape from, the AEUG cell successfully recruited him into their ranks by warning him of the impending arrival of a Federation party that wanted to arrest him and offering him and his family refuge from them. On the run and with no other choice to protect his loved ones from the wrath of the Titans, Nick effectively joined the Anti Earth Union Group. His break would come on the days preceding Operation Maelstrom. With the Titans struggling to keep the Colony Laser from falling into the AEUG’s hands and asteroid Axis from accelerating towards the Gate of Zedan, the small AEUG cell would find themselves free to make their move after months of hiding, boarding a small space launch that would take them to an allied ship, the Salamis Kai-class Fandance, commanded by Captain Norman Jones and home to a three-member Rick Dias squadron, Team Libot, named after the Side 6 colony they all hailed from, led by One Year War veteran Ada Weiss. As the Gryps Conflict was approaching a close, the ship would travel towards the battlefield where the AEUG clashed with the Titans and Axis Zeon. However, the Fandance proved not speedy enough to arrive on time and provide support, and it would arrive to an empty battlefield, full of floating debris, destroyed ships and Mobile Suits of all kinds, as junk collectors feasted on the leftovers of the skirmish, ready to flood the markets with loads of fresh debris, inadvertently lowering the price of all junk. After circling around the Colony Laser’s remains, dodging broken energy pillars, the Fandance would follow orders to retreat to the AEUG's headquarters in Von Braun after a disastrous survivor search-and-recovery mission, its departure adorned by a massive choir of automated distress signals that didn't link to living people anymore. The ship would then be marked for scrapping on arrival, being as the AEUG lacked the resources and crew to resupply and man it, and that what little crew, parts and supplies the ship had were better used somewhere else. Therefore, all hands would be reassigned to other posts, most of them being moved to the defense of the base and local industry, to help the AEUG recover from a war so it could immediately walk into another for the sake of Earth. However, Nick would be the exception. Due to a lack of MS pilots not assigned to guarding Von Braun, Nick would be summoned two nights after arrival to an apartment block for the details of a new, mysterious assignment, while only being warned to train beforehand by using MS simulators. While he knows that his new assignment will probably involve piloting Mobile Suits in battle and will therefore be dangerous, Nick has no way of denying his services, being indebted to the AEUG after they protected him and his family from the Titans during the Gryps Conflict, which means that he'll have to carry out his orders however served… to his death if necessary. Possessions Amongst various trinkets of varying importance, Nick owns: Zapptronics E-Journal: A small blue e-diary that can record audio files and save, then sort out text logs by date. Second-Hand Handgun: A hand-me-down projectile sidearm with an unusually polished slide (Nick's doing while hiding from the Titans) and a taped-together grip. MSA-003T Trainer Nemo: An activation key for a Nemo, unit number #445, taken out of Von Braun's Mobile Suit surplus and currently stationed in a rusty ship Nick hasn't yet visited. Originally intended as a training unit, this Nemo can nonetheless perform exactly like its normal counterpart with no difference other than the yellow accents painted on the suit's limbs and head. Kills None Roleplays - Mobile Suit Gundam: Zeta Destiny [In Progress] Coliseum battles - Finding Nemos [Versus Roromi, lost] --- Comments Character picture: I was originally going to use Michel Ninorich from The 08th MS Team as his appearance, but i was afraid that using UC characters wasn't allowed, so I looked for a similar character instead, and I found this guy from a web series called Voltron. I simply couldn't bring myself to not use him after I had seen those beautiful pointy things at the sides of his hair. To Imperial System Users: Don't ever get mad at me for whatever this guy says. He's just a character that doesn't represent my political views, just like the Neo Zeon players probably don't endorse genocidal, fascist military dictatorships in real life. Probably... Newfound Experience: I gave him at least a bit of basic MS experience in Earth. Because, let's face it. A Mobile Pod probably behaves nothing like military Mobile Suits, like the Nemo or the GM. Plus, his previous training would have made it all the much easier for you to kill him. You know who you are.
  13. Ryder Sarka Biography Full Name: Ryder Sarka Faction: AEUG Rank: Lieutenant Age: 26 Sex: Male Height: 5'11" Weight: 170 lbs Eyes: Gray Hair: Black Skin: Lightly tanned Handiness: Right-handed Personality Ryder used to be a lot more pleasant, but after seeing the horrors of war, he has become cold and distant to many people. He'll frequently try to avoid social interaction, only doing so when it's necessary for a mission or to profit from something. He's very methodical and will remain serious at all times, which is seen as a turn-off by some. He's not afraid to speak up in some situations though. He's a hard worker who's constantly working on battle plans, in order to be successful as a soldier for the AEUG. He strives for leadership, wanting to rise up the ranks of the AEUG as he did with the Titans. He feels that he would be able to help them become victorious. Strengths and weaknesses Even if he doesn't show it, he won't let his team down. He's an expert tactician who can quickly figure out the enemy's plan in the middle of a battle. Because of his reconnaissance experience, he prefers to and is very good at defeating the enemy from afar, without being seen. His experience as a leader will come in handy during battle. However, his close combat skills are far from perfect and he may ignore the orders of his superiors to benefit himself. Ryder wants to make a name for himself in the AEUG and the only way he'll reach that is by being successful. Because of this, he'll frequently try to steal kills, even when it's not the best opportunity to do so. He may challenge the orders of his superiors too. Also, because of his past as a Titan, his peers may not trust him as much as the average soldier. His past has made him somewhat selfish, feeling like he deserves a higher position because of what he's done for the AEUG. This mindset can make others uncomfortable. Appearance Ryder usually wears a red shirt along with his brother's old jacket. It means a lot to him since it was a gift from his brother before he left for war. His pilot uniform is colored orange, which is standard for AEUG pilots. He'll make an attempt to impress people by appearing as if he cares, but it's all a way to benefit himself. He's in good physical shape History Born July 2nd, 0062, Ryder lived on a space colony located in Side 5 with his parents and his older brother, Len. Once the One Year War broke out, Len joined the federation and was killed during the battle of A Baoa Qu. Ryder felt that his brother's death was pointless and held a personal vendetta against the Principality of Zeon. Against his parent's wishes, he joined the Federation in 0082, becoming a mobile suit pilot for reconnaissance missions. While he was no ace, he was a competent pilot who followed orders. Other teammates did notice his skills as a long-range sniper, so he was given control of a GM Sniper II. After the Delaz Conflict, he became a member of the Titans and was offered a much better mobile suit, but he decided to keep his GM Sniper, painting it in the standard Titan colors. Ryder thought that he could avenge his brother's death by joining the Titans, a unit specifically meant for hunting down Zeon loyalists. This never gave him closure though, and he felt empty. Ryder worked hard over the next two years. He even became a lieutenant, a rarity for someone his age. It was also that time when he was made a part of a special assignment. A colony in Side 1 was holding a protest and the Titans wanted to silence them. They decided to gas the colony, killing the entire population. Ryder watched in terror as the citizens died. This act of atrocity in 0085 changed him forever and he wanted nothing to do with the Titans anymore, comparing them to Zeon. Ryder planned on just deserting, but he learned about a new group formed to resist the Titans, called the AEUG. They were just starting out and they needed all the help they could get. Ryder would've joined them right then, but he realized that his position in the Titans could benefit them. Ryder began purposefully leaking top-secret information to them, hoping some of it could benefit them. Like many others, he wanted to eventually become the Titans leader (so he could destroy them from the inside) and began to work even harder for a faction he despised. By the time the Gryps Conflict began, he had become a commander with his own MS squadron. With this new rank came lots of information that "accidentally" got leaked to the AEUG. As the war went on, Ryder enjoyed his status and loved telling people what to do. At that point though, Ryder was caught as a spy. The Titans tortured him for days, attempted to force him to give out AEUG secrets. Ryder couldn't since he never actually met with the AEUG. Near the end of the conflict, the ship Ryder was a prisoner on got attacked by an AEUG vessel. It's elite MS squadron captured many members of the Titans vessel. At first, none of the AEUG members believed that he leaked information, but after some convincing, Ryder managed to prove his innocence. The captain of the ship researched Ryder and gave him two options, either go to a POW camp with the others or join the AEUG as a pilot. Ryder chose the latter. Ryder was sent to Von Braun shortly before the final battle against the Titans. For him, missing the conflict was great because barely anyone returned from the battle, with most dead or missing. The AEUG's new leader, Ben Grimsdottir, has recruited him and another pilot, Nicky Lavie, for a top-secret mission aboard a mercenary ship called the Firefly. Ryder's one of the only experienced pilots left, so he's been asked to be apart of this ragtag group's MS squadron. Ryder will do anything to lead the AEUG to victory since it's the only home he has left. 14. MSA-003 Nemo The AEUG commissioned Anaheim Electronics to develop a mass production unit for their mobile forces. The group had been converting GM units into GM II before acquiring newly-built GM II units from the Earth Federation. However, the AEUG leadership recognised that the group needed its own supply of mass-produced mobile suits to ensure its prowess in the battlefield. The Nemo uses many weapons already employed by other existing mobile suits to keep development costs down. The Nemo was a successful model and featured heavily in the front lines during the Gryps Conflict. However, this led to the decimation of most Nemo units. With the production struggling to catch up with demand, the Nemo units were assigned to more experienced and proven pilots. 15. Repentance The Repentance served as the personal flagship of Alyssa Arano. She was assigned to the ship when she received her appointment as Vice Admiral. The Repentance was one of the three Gwaban-class battleships in the Axis Fleet. 18. Hiro Kusanagi Biography Full name: Hiro Kusanagi Faction: AEUG mercenary from Draconis Fury team of the Galleon Combine Rank: Lieutenant Commander Age: 29 Sex: Male Height: 1.75 metres Weight: 79 kg Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown Skin: Pale Handiness: Right-handed Personality Hiro Kusanagi was hot-headed in his youth. His rashness and naivety led to unpleasant and unhappy events that made him regret his actions. These experiences taught him to reign in his temper and be more calculated in making his moves. Those who knew him since his younger days regard this change as him mellowing as he aged. Hiro chose not to dispute that, though he knew he still fought the demon within. When he sought to control his emotions, he found himself going down the spiritual path. Meditations and relaxation techniques helped detach him from his feelings to avoid them clouding his thoughts. This led him to adopting stoicism in his life, making him accept challenges and setbacks readily. Despite being a stoic, Hiro was still unable to get over parting with his parents without a proper goodbye. This regret pushed him to cherish what he had and to pursue what he wanted. Strengths and weaknesses Hiro Kusanagi's temper put him in many unfavourable situations and led to him making poor choices that came back to haunt him. Although he has reigned that in, he was still quick to act. He was not one to hesitate or waver. This made him efficient and gave him an edge in combat. He was loyal to a fault. His poor luck and the lack of a knack for making good choices often placed him on the wrong side. His loyalty meant he would persevere despite the odds, often leading to him suffering more losses than if he knew when to back off and count his losses. Hiro had his fair share of joining mercenary groups that were in the decline. He had to contribute more out of his own pocket for his teams than what they could pay for the jobs he completed. Appearance Hiro Kusanagi was adding some pounds to hide his firm muscles. His regular workouts built strength but his penchant for a beer or four ensured he accumulated a healthy layer of fats around his six-packs. Although he was not handsome, Hiro was far from hideous either. An ugly scar ran across his lower left cheek. A lesson from his mentor that he would be reminded of when he looked at himself. The scar brought compliments and aversions in equal frequency. History Hiro Kusanagi left his home in Side 3 at a young age after a dispute with his parents. His self-imposed exile became permanent when the One Year War broke out in UC 0079. His training as a mobile suit pilot made him find work as a mercenary pilot easily. He moving between mercenary groups as they grew and perished, either due to finances or combat. After years of switching employers, Hiro joined the Draconis Fury and it became the mercenary company that he worked for more than five years, his longest stint. The Fury was known for its honour more than its efficiency, and the group struggled stay in the black. It eventually merged with the Galleon Combine due to finances owed to the latter. When the Gryps Conflict broke out, Anaheim Electronics engaged the Galleon Combine to aid the AEUG in its civil war against the Titans. The group suffered heavy losses in the war. Despite the end of the war with the Titans disbanded, Hiro’s team continued to assist the AEUG with the threat posted by a superior Axis Zeon forces in the Earth Sphere. Possessions RMS-179 GM II The AEUG assigned a GM II to Hiro for his missions. The AEUG reserved the newer MSA-003 Nemo units for their own soldiers and were able to only spare the older GM II for their hired hands. Kills None Role plays None Coliseum battles None
  19. Alyssa Arano Biography Full name: Alyssa Arano Faction: Neo Zeon Rank: Regent Age: 21 Sex: Female Height: 1.70 metres Weight: 54 kg Eyes: Blue Hair: Pink Skin: Pale Handiness: Right-handed Personality Alyssa Arano hardened both physically and psychologically after going through the rigorous military training on Axis. Life was hard growing up on Axis due to the lack of resources on the asteroid base and the influx of refugees after the One Year War. Despite that, Alyssa retained her gentle nature, making her appear soft in contrast Haman. Beneath her demure surface, she bore desire for power. Growing up under the tutelage of Maharaja Karn, and later on under Haman Karn, taught her to vie for power to secure her future. Maharaja groomed her as a companion and a loyal assistant to his daughter. Strengths and weaknesses While many regarded Alyssa Arano as a less capable and talented assistant to Haman Karn, it spoke more of the high standards Haman commanded rather than a lack of abilities on Alyssa’s part. She was comfortable with mobile suit combat and could be a strong contender to be an ace pilot on board a battleship, if not for her duties as a commanding officer. Alyssa shied away from politics, preferring to working in the background and to ensure smooth military operations that would provide the best platform for Haman to achieve her political goals. While Haman negotiated with Zeon, AEUG and the Titans leaders, Alyssa led the fleet in the field. Haman was the face on the screen and posters. Alyssa was seen in person. Being more comfortable with speaking to others in small groups or individually made her appear to show favouritism. Knowing she was unable to change the views of others, Alyssa chose to ignore what was said about her and focus on what she should be doing. This inevitably led to certain factions within Zeon to develop a dislike for her, although such sentiments were never overtly displayed. Appearance Alyssa Arano was an attractive girl. Although she was not drop dead gorgeous, her pleasant features drew stares when she entered a room. Haman Karn was charismatic and had a commanding presence, whereas Alyssa commanded attention and respect with her gentle but firm manner. She was no orator, unlike Haman, but Alyssa was a confident commander who was no stranger to leadership. Since young, she was often mistaken for Haman. Besides being of the same age, they both had pink, shoulder-length hair. Hers was a shade lighter than Haman’s. They had blue eyes and pale skin. Alyssa stood slightly taller than Haman, though not noticeably much. Those who knew them well could easily point out that Alyssa was the leaner and more muscular of the two. The similarities they bore were superficial to those who knew them. Alyssa had rounder eyes, prominent cheek bones, a more pointed nose, and fuller lips. History Alyssa Arano was Vice Admiral of the Axis Zeon. She was groomed by Maharaja Karn alongside his daughter Haman Karn, who became her mentor when the elder Karn died in UC 0083. Haman Karn inherited the title of Regent and the role of loyal Zabi retainer from her father. Haman was surrounded by numerous veterans and high-ranking officials. Rather than staying at Haman’s side as her aide, Alyssa pursued her own military career. By the time the Zeon forces moved the space fortress Axis away from the asteroid belt towards the Earth Sphere, Alyssa was Vice Admiral of the fleet, the second-in-command of Axis. It was an honour she won through merit to earn her rightful place at Haman’s side. During the end of the Gryps Conflict, Haman Karn sortied in her Qubeley against AEUG and Titans ace pilots. Battle records showed that the Qubeley fell in battle. Despite numerous search missions in the battle vicinity, the Axis Zeon forces did not find the body of their leader. Alyssa led the search parties personally but they only found the wreckage of the Qubeley and the enemy suits it had engaged in the battle. Alyssa could not believe that Haman perished in battle. Haman was renowned for her Newtype abilities and piloting prowess. The Qubeley was tailored for Haman’s abilities and fighting style, and it was one of the most advanced mobile suits of its day. They had just returned to the Earth Sphere after years of preparation for their mission. It was too early for them to lose their leader. However, she knew they could only spend that much time and resources on trying to retrieve Haman. Dead or alive. With the Earth Federation weakened by the war between the Titans and AEUG, the time was ripe for Zeon to regain its place in the Earth Sphere. The Axis Zeon Command was unanimous in its decision on the succession. Alyssa received her appointment as Admiral and Regent of the Neo Zeon. Possessions AMX-004 Qubeley Alyssa inherited the back up Qubeley built for Haman Karn. Her appointment as the mobile suit’s pilot led to the maintenance team reconfiguring the suit for her preferences and abilities. She knew her piloting abilities were far below that of Haman, hence she set aside more training hours in the simulator and live drills. Kills None Role plays Coliseum battles None

He sees what needs to be done and performs the task to the best of his ability. He is a natural leader and strives to make comradery with his peers but tries to avoid deep connections, choosing to be approachable but callous; after all You never know who could be next to go in war. Strengths and weaknesses: Grim is both cautious and cowardly he will take his time to analyze a situation to be as prepared as can be. If he feels like him or his squad are over their heads he won’t hesitate to pull back to reassess the situation. If forced into a corner he will act desperately. Grim focuses on the immediate situation and doesn’t always follow his superiors orders. He remains practical in his approach to tasks and often gets in trouble for not completing objectives. His maverick nature endears him to his men however and they are quick to make a strong loyalty to him. Because of his nature, if enough of his squad is in danger he will act out emotionally, this recklessness is what keeps him from climbing the military ranks any higher. Appearance: Grim is in great physical shape and has a commanding stature at 6’1”. He knows how to interact with people to appear intimidating. His demeanor is usually calm but when things get serious he can get riled up. Because of his leadership position he tries to remain presentable at all times. History: Having grown up in Alaska, Ben has always been an outdoorsman both hunting and fishing. At the outbreak of the one year war with Zeon he felt compelled to join the federation to protect his Mother Earth. While a talented soldier, he was merely seen as acceptable in his units due to his maverick nature. By the end of the war he had developed a bit of a reputation by acting unconventional but effective. Being in charge of a small group of men and being given a task seemed to be his lot in the military and he was fine with that. When deployed he will often dress out of his uniform to appear as an irregular soldier. He will repaint his assign equipment to try and match his assignment and will “do his best” to keep his men alive. Although his unit has an average performance record, their survivability is notably higher. During the Gryps Conflict his unit was assigned to earth and to help maintain stability. He took this time to entrench his unit and run drills to prepare for the “unlikely” clash that could happen on their front. After the battle at Dakar the Federation began to panic without the cooperation of the Titans. They began to strategize ways to come out on top of the seemingly separated conflict between the AEUG and Titans. Near the end of the conflict they decided to slowly begin investing resources into the AEUG. Grim was recruited into the situation and was hastily promoted to captain (to give him credibility) before being assigned a simple task: join the AEUG and provide military support in any way possible. Some could view his efforts as being subversive, while others simply may not care. His goal has always been to protect the earth at any expense. As the conflict escalated to its crescendo the efforts for the war were aimed towards the heavens and Grim was soon deployed to space. His arrival missed the last battles of the war and he was put in the critical situation of rallying the scattered AEUG assets. The vacuum created by either the destruction or disappearance of key AEUG leaders made it easy for Grim to take control of the remaining forces. Fate seemed to play a twisted role as he became the de facto leader of the AEUG overnight. His natural leadership, and logical orders seemed to fill a void that the AEUG was experiencing and he remained the glue that kept the tattered forces together.
